"I recommend this product if you hate cigarette smoke or if you have asthma and suffer from dirty air. I cannot do without it. "

I am happy because: I have been a bronchial asthma patient for more than 8 years. I have been doing my best not to inhale cigarette smoke. However, I sometimes breathe cigarette smoke accidentally. I searched for a remedy. I felt suffocated as my bronchial tubes became thinner as I coughed a lot after passive smoking. I think that many people suffer from lack of fresh air. I recommend this product if you hate cigarette smoke or if you have asthma and suffer from dirty air. I cannot do without it.

I only charge this device and put it in my bag and then it continues to work. It does remove smoke as it generates more ions than other products. It is easy to operate as I only turn it ON/OFF. The maintenance work is also easy. I just replace the brush part when it becomes worn out. I do feel that ions are released without measuring the ion count.

You kindly and promptly send me a new brush part when my device does not generate ions properly. This service is great as I can continue to use it. I have it handy when I am indoors and outdoors in order not to cough a lot accidentally.

I hope more people will use this great product. While similar products can be found on other websites, this product is a better option. You repair it or replace it with a new one free of charge if it gets out of order as it comes with a 2-year warranty. I will continue to use it. Thank you for your great service.

Other comments: This model has enough functions. However, I would be happier if it had a timer function so that it could turn (on/)off in e.g. 3/4 hours.

"It is amazing that she does not cough when she is wearing it."

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: Your price was the same as that of another company but I found your website on the 1st search result page.

Detailed review: My 77 year old mother had trouble breathing as she coughed a lot. One day, she found this product but she thought she could not afford to buy it as it was expensive. I bought it and gave it to her as a gift. It is amazing that she does not cough when she is wearing it. I made a good decision to purchase.

"I purchased the same model again as the charger got broken."

I am happy because: I purchased this product last year. I was happy with it but the charger got broken. I purchased the same model again.

Other comments: It would be great if the charger were more robust.

"The smell of iQOS e-cigarette had caused coughing. I feel better."

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I am afraid that I cannot ask a question if I purchase from Amazon or Yahoo Shopping.

Detailed review: The smell of iQOS e-cigarette had caused coughing for 2 months. I continued to cough for 24 hours when the symptoms were severe. I started to use this product 2 weeks ago. I cough less than before. I feel better as I can sleep better and my voice has recovered. The strap pricks me when I am wearing a blouse.

"It works as ions reach the nose/mouth."

I am happy because: There is no window in our office. I caught a terrible cold like asthma as the hot air from the air-conditioner made the air dry. An air purifier is working but it does not work well because the room is large.

This device is great. It works as ions reach the nose/mouth. I have allergies to PM2.5 particles and dust. I cough when they are floating in the air. I have been taking medication. An ion air purifier has been working 24/7 in the house. I do cleaning every day. I was wondering if I would be able to have my own air purifier in the office. I wear it when I go out. I purchased this great product as soon as I found it. I cough less. Thank you.

Other comments: The strap makes me feel itchy as I have an allergy to the material. I would like to change it to another strap. The specially designed case is nice as it is small, lightweight and robust. It would be convenient if there were a small hole at the bottom of it so that I could plug in the charge cable.

The ion count drops slightly when the strap does not make direct contact with the skin but you can enjoy negative ion effects.

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I got interested in this product because your website says the strap is designed to deliver ions around the face. You cannot enjoy beneficial effects if ions do not reach your eyes/nose/mouth. I did not worry about anything because it comes with a 2 year warranty.

"I do not find a significant effect as I cannot see ions with the naked eye. However, I feel I am protected. "

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I cannot wear a mask during work and I do not want to catch a cold. I purchased this product online. You offered the lowest price.

Detailed review: I purchased it to prevent a cold as I cannot wear a mask during work. I do not find a significant effect as I cannot see ions with the naked eye. However, I feel I am protected.

It is comfortable to wear it around the neck as it is smaller than I had expected. I adjusted the length of the strap so that the device stays close to the face. It is great as it is rechargeable via USB so I do not need to replace batteries.

The instruction manual, which is included in the package, is written in Japanese and it provides detailed info. The specially designed case is not large enough to contain the device and a USB cable. It would be great if I could close the lid. I am using another case. I do not care as it is something like a free gift but you can design a case which can contain both.
