Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found your headshot along with a message, so I thought you would offer reliable service. This product comes with a warranty.

I am happy because: I am a passive smoker. Symptoms appear when a smoker is around me even when he or she is not smoking. A new staff member recently joined us. He is a heavy smoker. I got pain in the nasal mucous membrane, red eyes and even a headache when I explained the job to him. It was hard work. I even thought I should change the job but it was possible that I might see another smoker in my new work place.

I found this product when I was searching for a remedy. I now use it when I work with him. The pain in the nose has eased. I no longer get a headache. I can use it while serving customers as it is quiet. I can continue to work with him.

Thank you for this great product. I hope people, who suffer from similar symptoms, will find this product. My mother has asthma and my daughter has hayfever. They are using this product. It works.

"The symptoms do not appear when I am on a golf course where a lot of pollen is floating around."

I am happy because: I suffered from hayfever every year. I had terrible symptoms this year. I was going to endure another month but I sneezed many times and I had itchy eyes when the pollen count was high. I took prescribed medication but the symptoms did not improve.

I decided to try this product and purchased it as some of my colleagues were using it. The symptoms do not appear when I am on a golf course where a lot of pollen is floating around or when I open the windows to clean up the room. I am comfortable. I lend this device to my friends for a while if they have symptoms of hayfever. They are all happy with it. I purchased a great product!

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found similar products supplied by other companies. I finally decided to purchase from you because I thought you were an expert in negative ions.

I am happy because: I purchased this product to remove side stream cigarette smoke. I did not find a significant effect. However, my family members found it removed cigarette smoke smell. I will continue to use it as the air is cleaner when it is working.

Other comments: Other companies supply products which release more negative ions at lower prices. You can compare your product with them.

My wife had been suffering from hayfever. Symptoms were terrible this year. I found this product when I was searching for something which would work for hayfever and then I purchased it. She would be happier if the strap did not irritate her neck.

"I feel that it removes 80% of pollen."

I am happy because: I had hayfever. My nose ran and stuffed up. I sneezed many times while driving at work. I now sneeze less. The nose still gets stuffed up but the nasal passage is clearer. I found many users' reviews and then I purchased.

Other comments: It worked for about 10 days only. It does not work anymore. The USB cable, which I have, cannot be connected to this product because the connector is a little bit larger. Please let me know what the standard of the USB jack for this device is.

I am happy because: I was suffering from hayfever. I thought this device would work because I could wear it all day long. Symptoms of hayfever immediately improved. However, it causes neck stiffness as I wear it around the neck. It would be great if I could clip or hang it to my shirt.

I am happy because: Symptoms of hayfever gradually got worse every year. I went to hospital and took medication but the symptoms did not improve.

I googled "hayfever improve", found reliable users' reviews and then decided to try it. I can concentrate on work as itching has almost gone away. I can breathe deeply as my nose no longer gets stuffed up. It also helps to remove dust and offensive smells. I cannot do without it.

Other comments: If it were like a fountain pen, I would store it in a pen box and place on my desk. It would be great if I could clip it to my shirt.
