"My nose stopped running. I should have started to use it before the pollen count reached the highest level. Looking forward to the next hayfever season. "

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found several products on the internet and I thought this one would perform best.

I am happy because: My nose and tears did not stop running. I purchased this product because I hoped the symptoms would improve. A drowning man clutching at a straw! Honestly, I am not sure if it is working but I feel I am protected by negative ions. My eyes sometimes feel itchy when I am working in front of my PC but my nose no longer runs. I sometimes sneeze though. I should have started to use this product before the pollen count reached the highest level. I am looking forward to the next hayfever season.

I am not happy because: It would be great if I could adjust the length of the strap, so that it could maintain a proper distance from the neck. The clip is located on the back side of the body but it is hard to clip it to the pocket of my shirt because the device is too heavy. You can design a new clip to be attached to the 3rd button of a shirt. I think it will be very convenient.

Other comments: Your website says the life expectancy is 2 years. I appreciate if you provide info on how to extend it and how much it will cost.

"It helps to alleviate my daughter's sneezing. "

I am happy because: I was skeptical if this small device would work but it does help to alleviate my daughter's sneezing.

I am not happy because: I am afraid the small electrode may come off easily.

I am happy because: I have hayfever. However, I now do not need to wear a mask at the office and I need less medication than before. I introduced this product to many people.

I am not happy because: I would be happier if it were lighter. It weighs more than I expected.

"I was skeptical in the beginning. However, symptoms of hayfever do not appear when I am wearing it."

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found your website and you offered the lowest price.

I am happy because: I found this product by chance when I was searching for a remedy for hayfever because the pollen count was higher this year. I was skeptical but decided to purchase it because it was approx. 7,000JPY only. However, symptoms of hayfever do not appear when I am wearing it. My nose/eye do not feel itchy at all!!! I cannot do without it. The batteries run out quickly, so I found an affordable one on the internet and ordered 50 pcs! This product requires 2 button batteries which cost less than 50JPY. (The best price can be found online!)

The made in USA batteries, which were included in the package, lasted only 4 days. The batteries I purchased online last longer. I am not sure because they have not run out yet but I think they will last a week as stated in the instruction manual. I will use it carefully but I ordered an additional unit for "just in case". I no longer suffer from hayfever thanks to this product.

I was concerned about electromagnetic wave emission because it runs on batteries. An EMI tester detected no electromagnetic wave, so I do not need to worry about it and I can safely wear it around the neck. Thank you for this great product.

"I purchased it for hayfever because I did not want to rely on medication. My eyes/nose feel less itchy. "

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I googled and found your website. Product info and customers reviews convinced me that the product was reliable and then I decided to purchase it. Positive and negative reviews including the effects of the product helped me to make the decision.

I am happy because: I had terrible hayfever but I did not want to rely on medication. I found this product when I was searching for a remedy. The symptoms have eased since I started to use it about 3 weeks ago. The eyes/nose feel less itchy when I am wearing it at home.

However, I am not sure if this device alone produced these beneficial effects or not because I purchased it when the pollen count started to decrease. I will start to wear it before it reaches the highest level next year in order to see the performance. I was glad because batteries for test operation were inserted in the device and spare batteries were included in the package.

I am not happy because: I sometimes wonder if it is really generating plenty of negative ions because I cannot see them with the naked eye. I get an electric shock through the strap when my hand accidentally touches the electrode. It is true that I can tell the device is working though. I think the batteries run out more quickly than the spec. I am afraid the electric current flows out and the device consumes more power than necessary when the electrode makes contact with my shirt as I always clip it to the pocket.

Other comments: Does it cause a breakdown of the device when I get an electric shock through the strap when my hand or shirt accidentally touches the electrode?

I am happy because: I purchased this product for my kid. He had itchy eyes caused by hayfever especially while he was outside. He was happy when he came back home as the symptoms had not reappeared.

"He has hayfever but his nose runs less often. He is so impressed!"

I am happy because: My husband suffered from hayfever every year. I found the AirTamer when I was searching for a remedy. His nose runs less often this year. He still has itchy eyes but the symptoms are not severe. He is so impressed with the negative ion effects.

I am not happy because: The battery level indicator is not bright enough.

"I hope it will work for hayfever. "

I am happy because: I found this product by chance when I was searching for a mobile device for hayfever as the pollen count was about to rise. I have not found an effect yet. The symptoms have not improved. I hope it will work.

I am not happy because: It would perfectly fit my pocket if it were thinner. The (ON) indicator is not bright enough.

Other comments: The battery, which had been inserted in the device, ran out in about 24 hours. I replaced one battery with one of the new ones included in the package but the device did not work, so I replaced another battery with another new one and then the indicator started to blink. It has been fine since then. I am wondering if this problem happened because this is an imported product?? I found some dirt on the body. The strap looked it had been used as it was not tidily folded. I understand that the package was opened for inspection but this will not make customers happy.
