"I no longer sneeze continuously! It works quickly and effectively. The hayfever season is about to set in. "

I saw a negative ion generator which can be worn around the neck on TV and heard that it could work for hayfever. I googled and found your website. I am not sure if it really works at this moment because pollen has not started to spread much.

However, the other day when I was sneezing continuously, I turned it on, positioned the blow off point close to the nose, breathed deeply and then the sneezing stopped immediately. I have been wearing this device every day because I hope both my eyes/nose will find beneficial effects after the pollen count rises.

"I always had terrible hayfever but the symptoms have not appeared despite the fact that many people around me are suffering from it!"

I am happy because: I needed goggles, a mask, a decongestant and eye drops because I had terrible hayfever every year. I was searching for a solution because it was expected that the pollen count this year (2010) would reach 10 times higher than usual, and then I found the AirTamer.

The hayfever season is coming up soon. The symptoms have not appeared at all this year despite the fact that many people around me have already got hayfever. I may not need the requisites. I am going to recommend this product to my friends.

Other comments: What can I do if the strap gets broken? Can you supply it as a spare part?

"I purchased it for hayfever. My nose is smoother!"

I am happy because: I found the AirTamer when I was searching for natural stones which emit negative ions such as Hokutolite. I decided to purchase it because it has an excellent cost-performance ratio. Negative ion gel products such as Ion-Block have been in the market since last year. It is expected that more pollen will spread this year. I hope this device will prevent hayfever.

I have been wearing it since I purchased it. I feel my nose is smoother. I also feel comfortable wearing this device as it looks like a very small mobile phone. I place it on my pillow, put my head on the strap and direct the blow off point towards my face, so that I can absorb negative ions while sleeping.

It does not smell like ozone. The ion-rocket-like breeze assures me that it is generating negative ions. It has been running continuously and the battery lasts much longer than I expected.

I am not happy because: I would be happier if I could adjust the length of the strap. I tie about 4cm of the both ends so that the distance between the device and my jaw is maintained at approx. 20cm.

"I purchased it for hayfever. The testimonials made me decide to place the order."

I am happy because: I had suffered from hayfever for more than 20 years. I was searching for a solution because I heard that the pollen count would rise this year. I found many mobile negative ion generators. The testimonials made me decide to purchase the AirTamer. I have not found an effect yet because pollen has not started to spread. The hayfever season is coming up soon, so I am looking forward to a negative ion effect.

I am not happy because: As many users say, it would be more convenient if you could include a spare strap and/or the length would be adjustable. However, I may forget the inconvenience if it performs well. :-)

"This is my 2nd unit. It did an excellent job during the hayfever season!"

I am happy because: This is my 2nd unit. It did an excellent job when the pollen count was high but the strap started to get worn out. The shop from which I bought the 1st unit offered a higher price than yours. I am sure this device will work again during this coming hayfever season.

Other comments: Thank you for offering great customer service. You kindly accepted the change of the payment method when I called you. Actually, I chose COD when I placed the order but changed my mind.

"I feel comfortable. It is lightweight, so I wear it around the neck while I am working. It does not disturb me at all! "

I am not happy because: The switch is not smooth. The ION indicator is not bright enough when it is turned on. It would be better if the clip were smaller.

"I am happy because it is small and not noticeable!"

I am happy because: I can use this ionizer at the office as it is small and not noticeable.

I am not happy because: I do not wear it around the neck while working at the desk because I feel it is a little bit heavy. I know I can enjoy more effects if I wear it though.

"I get less irritated. I think this is a negative ion effect!"

I am happy because: I found this product and purchased it on the internet. Actually, I was searching for a mobile negative ion generator as a friend of mine told me about negative ion effects. I get less irritated. I think this is a negative ion effect.

I am not happy because: It would be great if the device could run on a rechargeable battery instead of the coin shaped lithium battery. Can you develop a new model?

[From Ion Trading] Thank you for your feedback. Physically, it is difficult to design a compact model which runs on a UM-3 dry battery. We have another mobile negative ion generator. The IONION runs on the dry battery but it generates fewer negative ions than the AirTamer does. Each model has pros and cons.
