"The face no longer swells up when I wake up and the skin is firmed. This is the best cream for face lifting I have ever used. "

I am happy because: I was searching for a product to treat sagging skin and periorbital dark circles under the eyes. I was impressed when I used this cream for the first time. Pores on the face shrank and the skin became as smooth as pottery as soon as I applied it.

I apply it before going to bed as the face no longer swells up when I wake up in the morning and the skin is firmed. I use facial equipment and do massage on a regular basis. I cannot imagine how this cream would work because I have never before done such treatment.This is the best cream for face lifting I have ever used. However, it will take some time to get rid of the periorbital dark circles under the eyes. I found a review saying this product helped to get rid of bruises and blemishes, so I hope it may also work for dark spots.

I am not happy because: I would be happier if you offered a special discount, so that I could get this product at an affordable price. 20-50% discounts would be great instead of 10%.

"I am 79 years old. It is hard to do farming work because of knee pain. The symptoms have not eased but I will continue this treatment. "

I am a farmer and 79 years old. It has been hard to spread fertilizers since last year. My children live in a city. I have been farming while doing rehabilitation therapy for the legs. I found this cream which might work for knee pain and asked my son to get one. I will continue this treatment and the rehabilitation therapy. I have not found an effect yet.

I am not happy because: I have had medical treatment at an orthopedic hospital for about 3 months as I have pain in my right knee. I had an MRI scan of my back/knee/crotch joints but no abnormalities were found. I was looking forward to a tourmaline effect though.

I am happy because: Initially, I purchased this product as my mother had knee pain. She also applies it to the face while doing massage as the skin condition is good. "I apply it to my knees as swelling and pain ease."

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found your website on the internet. I do not know other shops selling this product.

I am happy because: I had chronic knee pain. I was initially diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis 50 days ago. Patellar fractures were found on the kneecap a month later and then I was finally diagnosed with periosteal contusion bone bruises today.

The pain did not stop. This product did not work when I started to use it. However, the swelling and pain started to ease as I applied it to the knees. I should have started to apply this cream on a daily basis earlier. I will continue this treatment as 1/2 is still left.

Other comments: I apply chitosan when I get skin burns. I recommend chitosan to my friends. You can advertise your products on a newspaper. Many old people have pain and they cannot find a remedy on the internet.

"I have not found an effect on my dark spots/wrinkles but I will continue to use it and hope for something to happen."

I was so excited when I received the Tourmaline Biseki Ex Cream, I ordered two jars because I was sure it'l work for me! But to my dissappointment, I have finished one jar, I use it on my face, every day, but my dark spots have not lighten at all, not even 1%! I really do not notice any change to my face,I do not have many wrinkles on my face, and the few wrinkles that I have are still there! But I will of course continue to use my second jar and hope for something to happen.
