I am happy because: I found this product on the internet and called you to get more info on effects. The person in charge offered me great support and I decided to purchase it. I have not found an effect yet as I have just started to use it. However, I am happy with this cream as it is lustrous and it smells fresh. I will decide to order it again after I use it up.

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: Your website said it would work for knee pain.

I am happy because: I had pain mainly in the back side of my left knee. I have not found a tourmaline effect because the pain has not eased yet.

I am not happy because: I am wondering when the pain will ease?? I have only been using it for 2 weeks though....

I am happy because: My mother has been using this product. She still has knee pain but it eases while she is sleeping. She has just started this treatment. I will order this cream again if the effect continues. Thank you.

I am happy because: A friend of mine, who lives in the US, asked me to get this cream as it does help to ease stiffness even though it contains paraben.

I am not happy because: It would be great if it did not contain paraben. It is said to be a carcinogenic substance.

"Knee pain eased dramatically. I can take a short walk."

I am happy because: I started to apply the Tourmaline BISEKI EX Cream and do massage because I had knee pain and it prevented me from going out for a walk. The pain eased dramatically. It has not gone away completely yet but I can take a short walk. I am so happy. Thank you for this great product. I will continue to use it until I use it up. I hope the pain will disappear.

I am not happy because: I would be happier if the price were lower.

"I am happy because the skin is kept moisturized and I do not need to apply skin/milky lotion. "

This is my 3rd purchase. I was so desperate when I found this product and purchased it for the first time because I had terrible tinnitus. The symptoms eased but got worse again. I have found that the tinnitus is caused by CHS (Cephalic Hypersensitivity Syndrome) and I have been having treatment. However, I will continue to use the cream for cosmetic purposes. This product is great because the skin is kept moisturized and I do not need to apply skin/milky lotion. It will cost a lot if I apply the cream to the body as well as the face.
