"I purchased it for bags under the eyes. I was happy because the skin was tightened the next day. "

Bags under the eyes began to annoy me. I found this product when I was searching for a remedy. I applied it under the eyes before I went to bed. I was happy the next morning as the skin was tightened. I have tried several eye cream products. This is the best one that I have ever used.

"I was able to stretch the knee 2-3 days after I applied the Biseki cream. "

I am happy because: I had endoscopic surgery for gonarthrosis 3 years ago. I could not stretch the knee after the surgery. However, I was able to stretch the knee 2-3 days after I applied the Biseki cream. Thigh and calf pain as well as knee pain has gone. Hip joint pain also eased after I applied the cream.

I am not happy because: It would be easier to take out the cream if the pot were in a cylindrical shape. I would like to purchase it again but it is too expensive for a house wife. I do not think 80g is enough for a month.

Other comments: I gave some cream to my older sister and a friend of mine. They did not find the significant tourmaline effects that I found. While it helps to improve blood/lymphatic circulation, it does not help to ease pain caused by inflammation.

"Knee pain greatly improved in about 2 weeks. I am so happy because I can run again."

I searched for a remedy for knee pain on the internet and found this tourmaline cream. I decided to try it as it is not medicine. The pain greatly improved in about 2 weeks. I am so happy because I can run again.

"Knee pain has not eased yet."

I purchased this cream for knee pain. It has not eased yet. The instruction manual does not provide detailed instructions. I am afraid I am not using it properly.

"Neck and shoulder stiffness, pain on the back and around the hip and a heavy feeling ease."

I am happy because: A friend of mine advised me to try cream containing tourmaline. I googled and found your website. I had chronic neck/shoulder stiffness and pain on the back and around the hip. I applied the cream to the areas and did massage after I took a bath according to the instructions and then I went to bed. I was impressed the next morning because the pain and a usual heavy feeling had eased. The next day, I did the same treatment to my mother and she was also impressed with the tourmaline effects. I am going to purchase a larger pot. What a miracle product!

I am not happy because: I understand you cannot lower the price but I would be happier if it were more affordable. However, it is worth the price because we did enjoy the tourmaline effects.

I am happy because: I purchased a small pot because I was not sure if it would be good or not. I apply it to the knees and do massage. The pain is gradually easing. I ordered an 80g pot after I used up the small one.

I am not happy because: It would be great if EX cream contained in a tube were available.

I am happy because: I found the Biseki EX cream on the internet and purchased it. I had terrible pain in the left knee caused by arthritis deformans and I was searching for a quick remedy. I decided to purchase it after reading the product reviews. I hoped it would work.

I was impressed when I called you after 10PM. I thought I would end up with a recorded message. However, you answered the phone and processed my order. You kindly shipped the product the next day and I received it the day after.

I purchased a small pot because I was not sure if it would really work. The pain started to ease, I used up the small one and then I purchased an 80g pot. Thank you for the instruction manual. It helps me a lot as it includes pictures and it shows where to apply the cream along with the order to apply.

I am not happy because: I would be happier if the price were lower.

"Tinnitus has eased. It has tightened slackened skin and trimmed the jaw line."

I am happy because: I had been suffering from tinnitus for a few years. I tried food supplements, exercises and so on but none worked. I cannot remember how I found the Biseki EX cream. I read a review saying "It works for tinnitus.".

I ordered a small pot because I was not sure if it would really work. After using up the small one, I ordered an 80g pot as I found the symptoms were easing. I apply the cream around the ears when the body is warm and then do massage. I think the ear problem is caused by terrible neck/shoulder stiffness. I have been doing this treatment every morning and night for about 2 months. I have poor posture, so I have been wearing a posture correction belt. Tinnitus has eased. The cream has tightened slackened skin and trimmed the jaw line. I am not doing this treatment for aesthetic purposes though.

I am not happy because: As many say, this product is expensive. I would be able to apply it to other areas of the body if it were more affordable. It would be more convenient if the cream were contained in a tube.

I am happy because: I fractured below my knee and I had surgery. I underwent rehabilitation but the muscles remained stiff. I was wondering what to do?? I googled and found this product by chance. I was skeptical when I purchased it. However, I am happy because it eases the stiffened muscles. I will continue to use it. Thank you.
