"It is easy to go down stairs as I do not limp so often. "

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I googled "How can I get rid of a build-up of fluid in my ankles?" and then I found your website. I decided to purchase this product after I read the reviews.

I am happy because: I sprained my right ankle about 2 years ago. A few months later, jelly like fluid started to build up in both ankles. I went to a hospital as I had pain. The doctor advised me to wear a supporter as no abnormalities were found in the bones and no medical treatment was needed. However, I did not wear a supporter because I could not wear work shoes while wearing it. I work in the construction industry.

I often took a day off of work because of the pain. My wife found the BISEKI EX Cream on the internet. I decided to try it instead of taking medication and purchased this 80g bottle. I started to apply it below the knees and did massage twice a day. The color of the heels, which was dark red, is now clear. A build-up of fluid in the ankles has decreased. It is easy to go down stairs as I do not limp so often. I will continue this treatment as this cream costs as much as 2 supporters for both legs only.

Other comments: The bottle is nice and great for cosmetics. However, it becomes hard to take out the cream as it runs out. I use a small spoon. Please let me know if you have a better idea.

"The face has been lifted. Make-up stays longer. The skin is clearer. "

I am happy because: Stiff shoulder/neck/back and sagging skin on my neck annoyed me. The face has been lifted since I started to use this product about 3 weeks ago. Make-up stays longer. The skin is clearer. I will continue this treatment.

"Knee pain eases and the legs feel warm as I apply this cream. "

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I do not know another shop carrying this product.

I am happy because: I go to an orthopedic clinic because I have knee pain. I get an injection and prescribed medication as pain killers. The knee pain eases and the legs feel warm as I apply this cream. I cannot do without this product as I have puffy legs when I do not apply it.

Other comments: I would be happier if were more affordable.

"Pain and stiffness in the knees started to ease on the 2nd/3rd day. "

I found this product and purchased it as I had terrible knee pain. I could not believe a review saying "Pain has immediately gone away." I purchased a 30g pot first. It did not work immediately but the pain and stiffness in the knees started to ease on the 2nd/3rd day. I apply it and do massage at night after bathing. I believe it works because the symptoms get worse by the early evening the next day when I do not do this treatment. I will continue to use it for a while.

"I use this product for my bedridden wife. She can now turn over as the knee pain has eased. "

I am happy because: Thank you for this great product. I have been using this cream for my bedridden wife as she has pain in her legs/back. She could not move the legs freely when she woke up because of the knee pain. She can now turn over as the pain has eased. She applies it to the legs/back three times a day. She is better now as the pain has eased. We are going to continue this treatment. I hope she will be able to walk freely. This cream is gentle to skin as she does not get a rash.

Other comments: We are about to finish this 80g pot. We will soon order a 300g pot on your website.

"My mother applies this cream as it helps to improve blood circulation. "

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found your website by chance and decided to try this product.

I am happy because: I gave this product to my mother as she had injured her knee. She cautiously applied it as she has got an allergic reaction after taking tourmaline hot spring. She is happy as it helps to improve blood circulation and she even feels itchy. However, she does not apply it on a regular basis even though I advised her to do so. I guess she is afraid of getting the reaction again.

Other comments: Some products including samples produce significant effects in the beginning only. I do not enjoy the effects once I get used to using them. This is why we are a little bit cautious.

"Shoulder stiffness has gone away. The instructions on how to apply the cream are easy to understand. "

I am happy because: Shoulder stiffness has gone away! Thank you for great customer support. You asked me where I had pain and you advised me on how to apply the cream when I called you and then I learned it by heart. I found the instruction manual when I opened the package. The instructions along with images are easy to understand. I started to find a tourmaline effect. I think I was able to apply it correctly according to the instructions.

I still have stiffness around the neck. I will continue this treatment as I hope it will soon work.

Other comments: This product is not affordable. I would be happier if you offered a discount for the 2nd and subsequent purchases, so that customers, who find a tourmaline effect on their first purchase, would be happy to purchase it again.

I am happy because: I purchased this product because sagging skin, cellulite, stretch marks , back pain, dark spots and wrinkles annoyed me. I apply a small amount of this cream to the face/knee a few times a week. I would apply plenty to the whole body/face if it were larger/affordable. I have not found a significant effect yet.
