"My mother able to improved her sleep quality."

Details about the effects: I bought this product for my mother as she has insomnia for the pass few months due to shoulder and leg pain. After having this Ion Generator the room is full of fresh air and my mother able to improved her sleep quality it is produces an instant effect to her.

Other comments: The shipping charges was not properly stated "subject to local country Taxation", end up I have to proceed to Malaysia Custom to clear the parcel and pay for the taxation (6% GST). The user manual did not properly describe where and how to operate the machine with best result, especially when operate with ceiling fan and air-conditional, how will this effect the negative ion surrounding.

"It is smaller than I thought, so I can put it in my bag and carry around when I travel. "

I am happy because: I thought the device was quite large when I saw the image. However, it is smaller than I thought, so I can put it in my bag and carry around when I travel. Everything is fine but I would be happier if it could generate 2-3 times more ions while maintaining the price. I found instructions on how return the product. I wonder who wants to return it?? I believe negative ions are good for health.

I am happy because: The negative ion generator did not work when I received it. I called you, explained the situation and then you advised me to return the device and promptly replaced with a new one. Thank you for inspecting the defective product and letting me know the inspection result by phone. I am impressed with your sincere support.

Other comments: It may be just me but the box smelled like cigarette smoke when I opened it.

"When using the negative ion generator, it seems to help to raise the oxygen level by 1."

Details about the effects: The product raises the oxygen level slightly as can be measured by the finger oximeter. My sister has breathlessness so her oxygen level is around 95 on an oximeter when without the aid of an oxygen concentrator to breathe oxygen. When using the negative ion generator, it seems to help to raise the oxygen level by 1 as reflected in the oximeter to 96.

"I used to wake up groggy, but now I noticed I feel waking up more refreshed. "

Details about the effects: The negative ion generator made my room less stuffy and the air smells cleaner. Theres a light buzzing sound only when youre really close to it, otherwise you can barely hear. I used to wake up groggy, but now I noticed I feel waking up more refreshed. "I sleep a lot better with this device."

Details about the effects: I sleep a lot better with this device. The quality is excellent and I can feel the negative ion flow, very nice product. It comes with a silicon case, tripod, and a negative ion detector. Recomended !
