Reason(s) why I purchased from you: It was affordable and I thought it would work.

I am happy because: I have been suffering from volatile chemical sensitivity. I purchased this product as your website said it would clean the air in the room. However, I am not sure if it will help to improve the symptoms as this product is not designed to be used for this purpose. However, I will continue to use it as I hope it will work.

"I can sleep well. "

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: While many companies produce negative ion generators, you are the only company offering products at affordable prices.

I am happy because: I had not been well for a few months because of low frequency noise and electromagnetic waves emitted by my neighbor. I was searching for a way to protect myself on the internet. I learnt bioresonance and earthing therapies and negative ion effects. It is said low frequency noise and electromagnetic waves attract positive ions, so it is a good idea to generate negative ions to neutralize the positive ions. I used orgonite stones, which are said to generate negative ions, to check low frequency noise levels, air pressures caused by electromagnetic waves and vibration patterns. I started to use this product as the stones did not show stable performance. It works well. Low frequency noise and air pressures no longer annoy me and I can sleep well. Thank you.

Recently, low frequency noise and electromagnetic waves are social problems. I hope you will continue to supply unique products because you are the only company offering negative ion generators at affordable prices.

"Cigarette smoke and other odors in the room completely disappeared within a few days. "

I was using another ion generator supplied by another company and I knew negative ion effects. I installed the Medical Ion Mini in a room filled with cigarette smoke and other odors. I am amazed as the odors completely disappeared in a few days. I have purchased 3 units so far. I will order another unit for a friend of mine.

"Nasal congestion and eczema subsided."

Details about the effects: Moving into our new house we soon realised that something was giving my friends nasal congestion when they visited and my daughters eczema flared up every time we arrived home. I'm not 100% certain how this has worked but these symptoms have subsided and even the cigarette smell that was coming from our neighbours house is no longer there. We all seem to sleep much better at night and wake up more refreshed. I'm now going to place this in my clinic so that my clients can benefit from these effects too. Thank you very much for delivering a product that actually works and for a very reasonable price.

Other comments: I love that we received a tester to see if there were actually negative ions in the air - its great!

"He falls asleep quickly and sleeps longer as the air is clean. "

My high school aged son is using this product in his 10m2 room. He falls asleep quickly and sleeps longer. I am glad as he is active during the day hours.

Initially, he installed the device mounted on the tripod near his pillow but it disturbed him as he was sensitive to light and sound and then he installed it on the desk. It has been working 24/7 since then. It is now farther away from the bed but the small room is filled with fresh air in the morning if the door is closed.

I purchased another unit and installed it in the living room. It seems my daughter often sits down and studies near the device. I install it close to my pillow in my bedroom at night. It does not help me to fall asleep quickly as I do not have difficulty falling asleep but I wake up refreshed. Thank you for your great customer support. I also use the eco tourmaline sheet placed under the bedsheet. I feel warm and comfortable. Looking forward to new products!

"My sinus problems improved."

I am happy to tell you that my husband and I are very pleased with the Mini Medical Ion machine that we purchased from you. I have problems with my sinus and when I do get an attack it only lasts for one day whereas prior to using the Ion machine, my sinus problems would continue for 2 or 3 days at least. It also gives a wonderful clean "fresh air" smell to the bedroom. We were considering purchasing a second one for the living room. Thank you for providing a product that really works!

"My body feels good particular in the morning after a good ,restful sleep."

"The noise generated by the device disturbed me. It may not disturb you though. You offer reliable service. "

I am happy because: I feel a lot of ions are generated as many users say.

I am not happy because: I was going to use it in my bed room but the noise disturbed me and I could not sleep well. It may not disturb you though.
