"I seem to sleep sounder."

Purchase_reason: The website is simple and to the point and I like that the product was made in Japan.

About effects: Fresh clean smell and I seem to sleep sounder.

Other comments: Good product and stylish. The tripod was a nice addition. My only wish is that ion exchange sold replacement needles for the unit instead of having to send back to replace but they last so long that it is only a small inconvenience.

Detailed review: I installed this product next to the bed. The air is different. I feel OK when I wake up the next morning even if I have a minor sore throat at night. My family members sleeping next to me are all well. The negative ion effect is amazing!! I made a good purchase.

"I can sleep calmly."

I am happy because: Thank you for your prompt shipment. I install this stand type negative ion generator on the table of the living room during the day hours and in the bedroom at night. I can sleep well until I wake up in the morning when the alarm goes off. I can sleep calmly. It is hard to maintain a distance of 1m between the generator and my head in the 11 sq ft bedroom. It would be good if the room were larger.

Other comments: I purchased a pendant type negative ions generator and I have been using it. The clip, which is attached to the back of the neck, easily comes off. I would be happier if it came with a spare clip. I do not care about the weight.

"The quality of sleep has improved. I wake up refreshed."

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: Reviews posted by others and product info on your website convinced me to purchase this product. It is great value for money.

Detailed review: I often got exhausted and had nightmares after I got viral shedding from a vaccinated person. I did not wake up refreshed. The quality of sleep has improved since I installed this negative ion generator in the bedroom. I feel refreshed when I wake up. I feel less lethargic during work. I purchased another unit for the office. The ion detector which comes with the generator works as it detects ions generated by another ion generator supplied by another company.

Detailed review: Your website says that 270,000 ions are detected at 1m away from the generator. The ion detector detects ions only up to 25cm away. Please let me know the reason(s).

[From Ion Trading] Thank you for your review. The detector is designed to detect ions up to 20cm away from the generator. You can refer to the label affixed to the detector. Your generator is working properly because the detector detects ions at about 25cm away. I suggest you should use the detector at about 5cm away in order to make sure that the generator is working properly.This is because the detector uses the grounding effect from the human body to detect ions. If the grounding effect gets weaker, the detection sensitivity gets lower and then it can detect ions only at a short distance away.

If you would like to measure ions at e.g. 1-2m away, you need an ion counter. The detection sensitivity of the detector is not high enough for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding.
