I am amazed as exact ion counts are displayed in every living environment. I am glad to confirm that the air in a forest is as clean as the air in a room painted with paint containing antioxidative substances. "I received the product earlier than expected as you kindly shipped it the day I ordered. Thank you."

I am happy because: I started to promote a negative ion generator named Waterfall Breeze Ion Medic. We considered purchasing an ion counter because we wanted to measure ion counts around the demo unit, which is installed in our shop, and to show the figures to customers. We were advised to visit your website by the supplier of the Ion Medic.

I felt less secure to order this expensive device online than face-to-face purchase. However, I visited your website and then ordered the counter without anything to worry about because you carried a lot of items and provided clear instructions on how to order. I faxed a copy of the wire transfer confirmation slip because I wanted to receive the product as early as possible. I received it earlier than expected as you kindly shipped it the day I ordered.

Other comments: Our CEO conducts measurement. It is hard for him to understand the instruction manual included in the package. I think this is because of his age. He is now in his late 70's. It would help him if the manual included measurement procedures in larger letters.

Purchase reason: We needed a tool to verify the level of ions being introduced into the air stream by our air ionization products.

About effects: Using the NKMH-103 ion meter is simple and straight forward. It reads both positive and negative ions in the air stream easily.

Other_comments: The device seems to be well built and of a quality construction. It effectively reads ions in the air. The displays are large and easy to read and the device is simple to use.
