My shoulder/neck pain has been alleviated. BTW: Can I expect more effect with more rings? "I was suffering from insomnia. I was able to sleep well from the first night. Thank you!" I could sleep well from the first night with this bracelet. I was suffering from insomnia and taking sleeping pills but it did not work. I also tried herbal incense therapy but it did not work, either. Every night I fell a sleep and after a short while I woke up and this cycle was repeated again and again. Surprisingly, I can now sleep well. I wonder if this is all because of tourmaline.
