"The magnetic clasp is great. It is easy to put on and take off!"

I am happy because:

1. I found this tourmaline necklace on the internet.
2. I have not found a tourmaline effect yet.
3. It perfectly fits my wife and it is robust. The magnetic clasp is great as it is easy to put on and take off.

I am not happy because: The necklace looks so colorful and clear on my PC display. I feel disappointed a little bit because the actual product is not so clear. However, my wife is happy with it.

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: The heart-shaped beads are so cute.

Detailed review: I had been wearing another tourmaline necklace for many years as it helped to ease shoulder stiffness. The clasp came off and dropped somewhere and then I purchased this tourmaline necklace which is made with heart-shaped beads. I thought the color was different from the image shown on the website. However, the darker color is good for my age. The magnetic clasp is great as it firmly connects the both ends.

"The shoulders feel better. "

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found the person who actually assembled this product on your website. You accept a return. The photos were nice and looked cute.

I am happy because: I often had stiffness around my neck/shoulders when I woke up in the morning. I will continue to wear this tourmaline necklace as the neck/shoulders feel better.

Other comments: Your website says "Product image may differ from actual product". Yes, it does. The pink is darker than it looks. However, I am happy with this necklace.
