Detailed review: I do not need a bath salt as water becomes soft in the bathtub. I use this product every day, I also use it for drinking water. I do not need to buy bottled water. I can use the stones "lavishly" as they continue to work almost forever.

"I enjoy hot spring water every day."

I am happy because: Thank you for your prompt shipment. I received the package earlier than I had expected. I enjoy hot spring water every day. You offer sincere service. The instruction manual provides details on how to use the product. Symptoms of psoriasis have not improved as I started to use the stones only about 2 weeks ago. I was amazed at your great service when I called you. I will let you know if I find an effect. I hope you will continue to supply great products.

Other comments: I would be happy if there was moisturizing cream because the symptoms include itching.

"I think the taste of my water is better."

Purchase reason: I purchased the stones because of the quality of Brazilian tourmaline, plus I have complete confidence in the quality and safety standards in Japan. I think it is also a good value for the money.

About effects: The stones are beautiful and have been polished perfectly. I even set some pieces out for display. I think the taste of my water is better, and it appears that some of the plants have already improved after being watered with tourmaline water.

Other comments: Delivery by DHL to the U.S. from Japan was quick and efficient. The product was carefully packed and arrived in perfect condition.

"It seems that water becomes soft after stones stay in the water for a while. "

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I purchased last time.

Detailed review: Hot water in the bathtub became soft and I enjoyed tourmaline bathing when I purchased this product last time. I gave some stones to my grandmother. She is happy because her hands become smooth as if she takes a hot spring bath. She does not find an effect when she washes her face immediately after putting stones in a washbowl. It seems that water becomes soft after stones stay in the water for a while.

"I realized that tap water became mild."

I use 1/3 of the stones for drinking water and the rest for tourmaline bathing. I realized that tap water became mild on the 3rd day or so. A week later, I used the water to steam rice. I enjoyed yummy rice. I have not found a significant effect of tourmaline bathing yet. My husband does not talk about knee pain, so it may be working on him. I will let you know if I find another effect.

"Water becomes mild and it tastes sweet."

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found many reviews and I thought it would work.

Detailed review: I purchased this product for all of my family members as I just put the stones into water to make alkalescent water which is good for health. Actually, I put them into a plastic bottle. Water becomes mild and it tastes sweet. I used tourmaline water to make coffee when some guests visited us. They were so happy with the tasty coffee.

"Tap water does not smell like chlorine and it is more tasty. "

I am happy because:

Tap water: It does not smell like chlorine and it is more tasty.
Tourmaline bathing: Water is mild and gentle to the skin.

Your price is lower than others. One package contains two net bags. You offered great support when I called you to order this product. I am planning to purchase another package.

Other comments: I put stones in a plastic bottle for drinking water. Some of the stones break into small pieces. I have to be careful when I pour the water into a glass in order to prevent the small pieces from dropping into the glass. I choose well-polished stones but I guess they collide with each other when I pour the water. Please supply better-polished stones.

"It is more affordable than a bath salt."

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: You offer products which are great for health. I thought all the products would work.

I am happy because: I purchased this product because one of my customers has been using it for more than 10 years. I put the stones into the bathtub and then the water becomes soft. It does not cause itching after bathing even though my husband has atopic dermatitis on his back and I have sensitive skin.I feel good in the bathtub. It is more affordable than a bath salt. I am so satisfied!

Other comments: I hope you will continue to offer great products. I will purchase tourmaline stones for drinking water as I have found that tourmaline works.

"My female family members are happy as this product is good for skin."

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: The surface the round shaped tourmaline stones looks smooth. The heat resistant net bag comes with this product. I thought it would be a bargain.

I am happy because: I gave some stones to my father as he had dry skin. I also gave some to my son as he had sensitive skin. I purchased 3 packages in total. I enjoy tourmaline bathing every day. The color of the water looks nice. My female family members are happy as this product is good for skin. I spend longer in the bathroom as I enjoy a hot spring at home.

Other comments: The zipper of one of the 3 net bags was broken. I called you and you kindly offered prompt service.
