" Reason(s) why I purchased from you: Your website provides a lot of information on how this product works on the human body. I am happy because: I have breast cancer. I learnt how psychological stress, reactive oxygen and negative ions are related. As a cancer patient, I have to find a way to live with my 5 year old son. I found this product when I was searching for something which would make my life better. Negative ion effects I have found are: 1. Symptoms of hayfever such as mucus and itchy eyes disappear in 2 hours after I turn on this device. I do not need to take medication. 2. I can relax well. 3. I do not feel stressed. "I had itchy eyes caused by cedar pollen. The symptoms have eased!" I am happy because: I had been suffering from hayfever caused by cedar pollen. The symptoms such as a clogged nose were not severe but I had terribly itchy eyes. I needed to apply eye drops many times a day as oral medicine was not available. I started to take herbal medicine early this year as I was advised to try it 3 years ago. I feel the symptoms have eased since then. I found this mobile negative ion generator, AirTamer WX. I studied science but I had not heard about "negative ion". I decided to purchase it after reading some reviews. The symptoms have not completely disappeared but it is working. I always bought 3x eye drops but 1 was sufficient this year. I feel less irritated as the eyes feel less itchy. I am not happy because: 12,800JPY is not a great offer. A few months after I purchased it, I found it was sold at a lower price on the page. I did my best to forget the price because I was not happy about it. Other comments: My friends, who also studied science, say "What is a negative ion generator?" or "Does it work?". I rate it 4 starts out of 5. Thank you.

The testimonials are really true. I had a great shopping experience. I was glad when I found the spare battery in the package. The device is smaller and lighter than I expected. I do not sneeze or get itchy eyes. I made a right decision by buying this product. I do not go out often these days because I am scared of radiation. I do not wear it when I am at home, so it does not have many chances to work. I will go out more often with this device without worrying about pollen after the current crisis is over. "Itchy eyes caused by pollen get better as soon as I place it close to my face!" I am happy because: I found this product because I heard that negative ions could work for hayfever. I always carry around this compact device. I have itchy eyes. The symptoms get better as soon as I place it close to my face. I purchased it for psychological relief but the performance is higher than I had expected. I am not happy because: The clip is too thick. I cannot adjust the length of the strap. "I have not caught a cold since I started to use it. It also works for itchy eyes caused by hay fever!" I used to catch a cold often but I have not caught a cold since I started to use it. I got hay fever for the first time this year. My eyes feel itchy when I forget to wear it. The symptom is gradually alleviated after I start to wear it around the neck. Also I am prone to getting bitten by mosquitos but now the upper part of my body is not bitten when I am wearing the air tamer whilst my feet are bitten a lot. I am wondering if this device can remove the odor which attracts mosquitoes?? I am so impressed with it.

"Pollen does not cause itchy eyes. My throat and nose are fine!" I am happy because: The pollen count is lower this year but the yellow sand storm is coming. My throat and nose are fine. I used to have itchy eyes regardless of the pollen count but the eyes are fine this year. I ordered the AirTamer for a friend of mine. She is so happy with this device. Her nose is fine while she is wearing it but nasal congestion starts as soon as she takes it off. I am not happy because: It would be great if I could adjust the length of the strap. I have to tie it to make it shorter but it does not look good. I do not need the clip because shirts for ladies normally do not have a pocket. I would be happier if the strap were lighter and colorful, and the device had color variations. The strap causes neck stiffness when I wear it for long hours. It also starts to wear out after washing several times. I am wondering if it is possible for you to design a new strap?? Other comment: I change the battery when the indicator does not blink.
