I'm using to combat back pain, allergies causing swollen glands in my neck and to counter the positive ion from driving my hybrid Prius car. "I have placed the sheet on the bed. I feel warm as blood circulation improves. " I have suffered from neck stiffness, numbness of hands and back pain for 2-3 years. I sometimes woke up after midnight because of the pain in the arms. A friend of mine recommended a tourmaline cotton cloth. I wrapped it around the arm before going to bed. "Back pain did ease immediately!" I am a young mother and often have pain especially around my back. I cut the tourmaline sheet into smaller pieces, used a towel to place one of the pieces on the area and then the back felt warm and the pain eased immediately. Thank you for this great product. Other pieces are placed under pillows of my family members.

"I no longer get a sore throat when I wake up even when the air is dry!" I am happy because: I found this tourmaline sheet when I was searching for a tourmaline bed sheet. I decided to purchase it because I thought it would work. I placed it between the futon and the bed sheet. It was larger than expected, so I cut out a small piece and stuffed it into the pillow cover. I often had a sore throat when I woke up during this time of the year because the air is dry but my throat has been fine since I started to use the tourmaline sheet. I am not happy because: I have back pain. The symptom has not improved yet. I hope it will work.

"I purchased it because I have sore muscles and back pain. I am looking forward to a beneficial effect!" I purchased this product because I heard that tourmaline could produce beneficial effects. I have sore muscles caused by the menopause in the whole body and work related back pain. The symptoms have not improved yet. It has been placed under the bed sheet. "Everyday I enjoy a good sleep. My mother-in-law is happy as it alleviates her back pain!" I have been wearing the tourmaline ring around my arm for about 10 years. I sometimes put it on my shoulder as it helps to alleviate the stiffness. I have heard that the human body temperature stimulates negative ion generation. Tourmaline works better on the human body when it is close to the skin. I have been also using the tourmaline pillow. It helps me to wake up refreshed. A company supplies a tourmaline bedsheet powered by electricity. I wanted to buy it but could not afford because it is over 2,000USD! I found this affordable ecological tourmaline sheet 2x1m and decided to purchase it. Everyday I enjoy a good sleep with the tourmaline sheet along with an electronic blanket because my body temperature is lower than normal. I cut a part of the sheet and gave it to my mother-in-law. She is happy because it alleviates her back pain.

"I now enjoy a good sleep, fall asleep in about 10 minutes and less frequently wake up!" I decided to try tourmaline because I had difficulty falling asleep, often woke up 2-3 times after midnight, could not fall asleep again and eventually I could not concentrate on work the next day. I placed it under the bedsheet. It only took a few days before I found the negative ion effect. I now enjoy a good sleep, fall asleep in about 10 minutes and less frequently wake up. My back pain is also reduced.

"It is placed under the sheet. My mother enjoys a deep sleep. My mother in law's back pain improves!" I gave to my mother and my mother in law. Both of them placed under the sheets.
