Detailed review: I am very happy with this simply designed bracelet. I had been using another bracelet. It is heavy as it weighs 40g. It is comfortable to wear this lightweight bracelet as it weighs 5.5g.

You kindly and promptly exchanged it with a longer one despite the new year holiday season. Actually, it was a little bit short for me. I was amazed with the service. I thought you would offer great service as you offered great support when I called you. I will continue to wear it. Thank you!

"I am happy because it works for shoulder stiffness and pain."

I had pain in my wrists/ankles. The necklace I had been wearing worked well for the pain. I decided to purchase this product as I thought it would be good for me. I am happy with this wide necklace because it works. I would be even happier if there were more design/size options!

"Symptoms of neck stiffness have gone away. I think titanium is good for me. "

I am happy because: I was using a necklace manufactured by another company. I found this product when I was searching for a titanium necklace/bracelet for neck stiffness as I was suffering from chronic stiffness. It depends on the person but I am satisfied as I believe it helps to improve my health.

Other comments: I would be happier if the clasp could more firmly connects the two ends. e.g. dual clasp? It sometimes gets entangled with a towel when I take a bath and then it comes off.

I used to have a 9mm wide bracelet. I was not happy with the thin bracelet because the clasp often accidentally unfastened. I found this 12mm ultra wide model and purchased it. The clasp is robust. The surface is well polished and it shines well. My friends envy it. I do feel I am wearing a bracelet!
