Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I visited several online shops and decided to purchase from you because your website seemed most reliable. I am happy because: I purchased this product because I could not sleep well and I often had a headache. I cannot see negative ions through the naked eye but an ion counter shows that ions spread throughout the room. I can sleep better and wake up refreshed. My body feels lighter. The symptoms of the headache have eased. I am not happy because: The noise disturbs me in the bedroom.

I am happy because: I purchased another ion generator. It performed well, so I was going to purchase another unit. However, I found it had been discontinued and then I purchased this model. "I can sleep well and wake up refreshed as it helps to recover from fatigue. Impressed with the immediate effects!" I am happy because: I have fallen in love with this product because almost no maintenance work is required, it has a small footprint and it is affordable. I contacted you because I had other questions than those found on the FAQ's page. I always worry too much! I decided to purchase this product because you kindly provided the answers by email/phone. I come home at 0:00+/- and go to bed after 01:00 5 days a week due to my work schedule. I have a difficulty falling asleep and I have sleeping disorders, so I often woke up in a bad mood before I got this product. However, I can now sleep well and wake up refreshed in the morning as it helps to recover from fatigue. I am impressed with the immediate negative ion effects. I have a Pothos plant in the same room as the device. New leaves have sprouted. I have not given water for a month. I should have taken a photo to show you. Negative ions make me feel relaxed and positive. My 6 hours sleep is a moment of happiness. The skin is shiny without make-up. Other comments: My friends say I look more beautiful. I believe this is because I am healthier.

"I can sleep well and wake up less often than before after midnight. " I am happy because: I mounted the medical ion mini on the tripod and installed on an 80cm tall table which is 1m away from my pillow. I turn it on every night before I go to bed. I can sleep well. I often woke up 6-7 times after midnight to go to the bathroom and could not fall asleep again. However, I now wake up a few times at most. I understand that I am 77 years old but I hope I will wake up less often. I am not happy because: It would be great if the tripod screw were longer.Actually, the tripod sometimes falls and the screw is damaged. I have cut the rubber part into a round shape and inserted it into the hole where the screw is screwed. Other comments: You can make the legs of the tripod longer, like one for a camera, so that it does not need to be installed on a table. I know it will cost more. "She can sleep well!" I am happy because: My 87 year old mother can sleep well. I am not happy because: I would buy another unit for my bedroom if it would not generate the very faint noise. She cannot hear it because she is hard of hearing though.

"I can sleep well as the nasal passage is clearer!" I have allergic rhinitis. I had to keep my mouth open to breathe while sleeping because of nasal congestion. I always placed a handkerchief on the mouth in order to prevent it from getting dry because wearing a mask was not comfortable as it rubbed and irritated the skin. I searched for a larger version of the AirTamer, found the Medical Ion Mini and decided to try it. FYI: I have been using the AirTamer for hayfever. I am happy because: I no longer need to place a handkerchief on my mouth while sleeping as the nasal passage is clearer. I have been using this product for about a month. My friends say my skin is clearer. It has been running 24/7 as I feel refreshed. I purchased the 2nd unit for my mother who is now in hospital. It has been working beside her pillow. It helps to reduce mucus build-up. Her skin is also clearer. I am not happy because: The negative ion generator itself is fine but the tripod included in the package does not work well at home. "I can sleep well until the next day and wake up refreshed!" I am happy because: I found this product when I was searching for a negative ion air purifier. I decided to purchase it because it was highly rated. I can relax and feel as if I were in a forest. I can sleep well until the next day and wake up refreshed. Thank you for the prompt shipment. I am not happy because: The actual product was smaller than I had thought because I did not check the dimensions. However, this device works well despite its small body. Other comments: A friend of mine recommended the Medical Ion Mini but it was sold out so I purchased this one. Do you have plans to resume the Medical Ion Mini? "I purchased it for better sleep. I will see how it will work. " I am happy because: I cannot sleep well because I keep irregular hours due to work. I often have lack of sleep because I wake up after midnight. I found a website saying that negative ions might work. I purchased this ionizer because the performance and the price met my requirements. I have not found a significant effect yet since I started to use it about a week ago. I will install it at another location to see how it will work. I am not happy because: There is something wrong with the ion detector. The green light, which shows 500,000 pcs (negative) ions are generated, continues to turn wherever it is placed.The light, which shows 2,500,000 pcs ions are generated, sometimes continues to turn on. Other comments: Which is better, installing it close to me or so that negative ions are dispersed through out the room? [From Ion Trading] Thank you for your feedback. It seems that the detector is not working properly. We will replace with a new one. We apologize for the inconvenience. If the generator does not work as you expect, you can install it close to you. This may work because you can absorb more negative ions. However, you should keep a distance of 50cm+.

"I fall asleep better and less often wake up in the middle of night!" I purchased the Medical Ion Mini for comfortable life and installed it in my old 16.5m2 room. My PC sitting on the floor exhausts hot air and it often made me cough. I have been better with almost no cough since I started to use this negative ion generator. I could not fall asleep well because of the dry air but now not only I can fall asleep fast but also I do not wake up in the middle of night. I think this is a synergy effect with the e-Ring. The Medical Ion Mini as well as other home appliances emits electromagnetic waves. (about 20mG at 0m) This is why I have installed this ion generator, so that I can stay away 2-4m from it in order to protect myself while absorbing negative ions for 24 hours. I want many people to experience negative ion effects.
