Your company was highly recommended to me by a medical professional in the USA. I did extensive research on the product and found this was the best titanium product made. Customer service with Mr. Masaharu Nemoto was phenomenal. When I had a question, the response was immediate and complete. I was also impressed with the manner in which the product was packed. I have done business world wide and find this company to be the most professional that I have dealt with.

I have recommended your product to many of my weight lifting friends in the gym and will continue to do so. I am looking forward to the healing effects when I have my surgery.

Detailed review: I have a 5mm wide bracelet. I purchased this 12mm wide model as I thought it would be nice. I am happy with this hexagon cut bracelet. I think titanium is good for health. It may be too shiny!! Thank you.

Detailed review: I have an 18K gold bracelet. It looks flashy. I like a titanium product. I found this model when I was searching for a titanium bracelet on the internet. I decided to go ahead as this 12mm wide curb bracelet looked nice. I need to get used to handling the clasp to put it on as it is lighter than a gold bracelet. When I wear it around the wrist, it does not provide a smooth feeling, and it is not heavy like a gold bracelet.

This 12mm wide bracelet at this price is great as it does not look flashy, and it is not so wide as I thought. I can wear this lightweight bracelet during work as it looks like a health-related product. You offer prompt and great service. I sent a delivery request late at night and then I immediately received a reply. I am so glad to purchase this product from you. I am not flattering but do appreciate.

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I googled "pure titanium curb chain bracelet 12mm" and your website was found on the top of the 1st page. I found other shops offering similar prices but purchased from you because I found many positive reviews.

I am happy because: You offered prompt service. Thank you for adjusting the length free of charge. I am so happy with your customer service. I thought it would take a day to send it back to you and another 2-3 days for the adjustment. However, I received back the bracelet the next day! I believe other customers also appreciate your great service.

I am not happy because: I have had some titanium bracelets for health/decorative purposes. I thought pure titanium would maintain the shiny surface forever so that I would not need to take it off when taking a spa or hot spring or in the beach. I overlooked the information found on the product page!

Other comments: You can wear a stainless steel product 24/7. There is a 15mm wide model made of the steel. I would be happier if there were a similar product made of pure titanium.

From Ion Trading: Thank you for your feedback and suggestion. We used to advise customers to take off the bracelet when taking a spa or hot spring bath for just in case. However, it has been proven that the product quality is maintained under normal use even if it is immersed in hot spring water or sea water. We actually conducted a long-term experiment to prove it. "I thought you would offer great service as you offered great support when I called you."

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: It is lightweight and simply designed.

Detailed review: I am very happy with this simply designed bracelet. I had been using another bracelet. It is heavy as it weighs 40g. It is comfortable to wear this lightweight bracelet as it weighs 5.5g.

You kindly and promptly exchanged it with a longer one despite the new year holiday season. Actually, it was a little bit short for me. I was amazed with the service. I thought you would offer great service as you offered great support when I called you. I will continue to wear it. Thank you!

I am happy because: Thank you for adjusting the length free of charge. I found some scratches on the surface but I love this 12mm wide lightweight bracelet. This is the widest model I found on the internet. The clasp is nice.

Other comments: I found some scratches on the surface. I want a 18-20mm ultra wide bracelet.
