Terrible neck stiffness has subsided! It is not heavy at all to wear it.
I tried patches for shoulder stiffness but none worked and then I came up with an idea to wear a necklace. I found this necklace on the internet and decided to purchase it because it is lightweight and looks nice. It is not heavy at all to wear it.

It only took a day before chronic shoulder stiffness was alleviated! It is easy to put on and take off because it has no clasp.
