"I am still skeptical but the knee pain had been eased when I woke up!"

I am happy because: I got knee pain after I exercised too much without considering my age. I purchased this product as I found a review saying "I tried several treatments for my knee pain. None worked. This EX cream finally worked." A drowning woman clutching at a straw!

I received the product last night and applied it to the knees. I am still skeptical but I found that the knee pain had been eased when I woke up this morning. I am going to continue this treatment.

I am not happy because: I would purchase a 500g pot if it were more affordable. I am afraid this 30g pot will soon run out.

"It is expensive but it works for ankle pain/swelling!"

My ankles swelled up after I danced too much. I found the Biseki EX cream along with many positive feedbacks on the internet.I applied it to the ankles. The pain has been eased.

P.S. Some dark spots on my neck annoy me. I purchased the white snow princess cream and started to apply it. I hope the dark spots will fade.

"My wife's knee pain has been eased a little bit!"

I am happy because: I purchased this product because I found some reviews saying it helps to relieve pain and I thought it would be good for my wife's knee pain. She has just started to use this product. She also applies this cream to the body. The knee pain has been eased a little bit. She hopes she will find more effects.

I am not happy because: I wonder why tourmaline does not work quickly?

"I applied this cream to one of our patients and did massage. The swelling surprisingly went away the next day!"

I am happy because: I purchased this product because reviews on your website say it works quickly and I thought it would be good for our patients. An old patient had swollen hands, so I applied the tourmaline biseki EX cream to her and did massage. The next day, I was impressed with the effect when she called me to let me know that the swelling had gone away.

I now apply this cream to patients who have swelling in their feet and do massage. They are all happy with this tourmaline treatment. I purchased an 80g pot this time.

Other comments: I think more chiropractitioners and osteopathic physicians would become interested in this product if your website included more reviews written by those professionals as well as testimonials written by individual customers.

"He fell and hit his back. The pain has been eased and the bruise has gone away!"

I tried several products and finally found the EX cream on the internet. My 79 year old uncle has been hospitalized many times due to chronic back pain.

The other day, he fell and hit his back while he was plodding on his way to the bathroom. A large bruise appeared around the back.

He started to apply this cream. The pain has been eased since then and the bruise has completely gone away. I think it will take some time before the pain completely goes away. He is going to continue this treatment until then.

"My mother, who has knee pain, feels good after applying the cream!"

I was searching for a good ointment for my mother as she has knee pain. I found the tourmaline BISEKI EX CREAM along with the positive reviews and then I decided to purchase it. The pain still remains but she is comfortable with this tourmaline treatment and she feels good after applying the cream.

"Swelling and pain of my ankle have subsided, so I can now walk for 15 minutes continuously!"

I had suffered from swelling of the lower part of my right ankle and the related pain for about 10 years. I think it was caused because I sprained the ankle about 30 years ago when I was skiing. I was hospitalized for about 2 months and it took 3-4 months (+/-) for complete recovery.

An aftereffect of the injury started to appear as I got older in my late 50's. The symptom was serious. The ankle felt like being tightened with a thick rubber band. It became hard to stand for even a few minutes as the symptom got worse.

I searched for "stiffened ankle" on the internet and found the BISEKI EX Cream. Actually, I have tried several prescribed medications/ointments and laser treatment but none worked.

The symptom gradually improved as I applied the EX Cream to from approx. 5cm from the bottom of the ankle down to the whole ankle. I can walk for 15 minutes continuously. I sincerely thank the cream.

"It is easy to bend/stretch my knees. The swelling gradually went down!"

I am happy because: I was searching for a more effective solution than a poultice for my knee pain. I decided to order the Biseki cream because your website looks reliable, it is sold at large department stores and I found positive positive customer reviews.

My knees felt refreshed when I applied the cream. It became easier to bend/stretch the knees. The swelling gradually went down as I continued to apply.

I am not happy because: I would be glad if you provided more detailed instructions on how to apply this cream to knees. I am wondering if I should apply it to other areas than the knees to treat knee pain? I apply it to the whole knees because I am not sure if I should apply to the backside of the knees and achilles tendons only or not.

Front side of the knees
Backside of the knees
Around the kneecaps

Applying to the top of the feet also may work. It is important to apply to other areas as well because knee pain can be caused by them. We will add more information and instructions to our website. It seems applying a lot can work better. However, some users find significant effects even though they apply a small amount. It depends on the person/symptoms.

"Wrinkles, which used to appear under my eyes every early evening, have faded!"

Marionette lines and wrinkles annoyed me. My friends suggested several treatments but none of them worked. I found the Biseki cream when I was searching for a solution on the internet.

I ordered a small pot for trial purposes *. I was so impressed because the whole face started to perspire an hour after I applied the cream. Actually, my face seldom perspires.

I found a tourmaline effect on the face after I finished work. Wrinkles, which used to appear under my eyes every early evening, have faded.

I ordered a 30g pot because I wanted to try to apply it to marionette lines. I believe it will work if I continue the treatment.

"The pain, which started after he had surgery for slipped disc, has subsided. He can no longer do without it. "

I am happy because: My 79 year old uncle had surgery for slipped disc. Terrible pain started after the surgery and he was hospitalized to have nerve block injections and took prescribed medicine for the treatment. He used an ointment in the hospital room.

I found the Biseki EX cream on the internet and ordered it. I applied it to the painful area and then the pain subsided. He is now doing the tourmaline treatment at home and he can no longer do without it.

It is effective to do massage while applying the cream. A bruise on his knee has also faded away.

I am not happy because: It would be happier if it were more affordable.
