"I feel comfortable because it spreads well, leaves no sticky feel and the odor is mild!"

I got interested in tourmaline cosmetic products when I purchased the tourmaline e-ring and then I purchased a 80g tourmaline Biseki cream. The e-ring helps to ease neck stiffness. I feel comfortable applying this tourmaline Biseki EX cream because it spreads well, leaves no sticky feel and the odor is mild. I have not found an effect yet because I have been using it for about 2 weeks only. I will let you know if I find a positive effect.

"I can go up/down stairs without knee pain which I used to have!"

I am happy because: I found this product when I was searching for "knee pain" on the internet. I was skeptical when I found reviews saying this product works for knee pain because it is not formulated for pain relief but for skin care.

However, I found the same effect! I usually started to feel pain in my knees early autumn when I went up/down stairs but I do not feel the pain this winter.

I am not happy because: I am going to order this product again. I would be glad if it were more affordable.

"Fine wrinkles around the corner of my left eye have faded!"

I am happy because: I purchased this product because I thought tourmaline would work. Fine wrinkles around the corner of my left eye, which annoyed me, have faded. I hope I will soon find a lift up effect.

I am not happy because: It would be easier to use if it were contained in a tube.

"My uncle's chronic back pain has gone and can now walk freely without a stick!"

My uncle had suffered from back pain for 35 years. He tried several ointments and medicines to ease the pain but none worked. I visited him when he was hospitalized in my town to have block injection treatment. He asked me to find a good medicine and then I found this EX cream on the internet.

The pain started to ease as he applied the cream to the whole back. It has been three months since he started to use the cream. He can now walk freely without a stick.

"I apply it before going to bed as knee pain improves when I wake up!"

I am happy because: I purchased 30g for my terrible knee pain and I used it up quickly. I may have applied too much. I purchased 80g this time. Basically, I am skeptical about reviews of online shopping, so I do not get disappointed even if the product does not work.

However, this one did work!

I apply this cream before I go to bed as knee pain improves when I wake up in the morning. I told about the tourmaline effect to my friends but they say that I am influenced by suggestion. I cannot do without it because it really works.

I am not happy because: The recommended amount to apply is not clear. I understand that it depends on the symptoms and knee pain is caused by several causes. I gathered some info. e.g. No need to apply a lot, Applying to the back side of the knees, calves and the top of the feet will be effective and so on. I used up the cream as I did the trial and error. I wish it were more affordable.

"I was skeptical but my knee pain has been eased since I started to use this cream a week ago!"

"I am still skeptical but the knee pain had been eased when I woke up!"

I am happy because: I got knee pain after I exercised too much without considering my age. I purchased this product as I found a review saying "I tried several treatments for my knee pain. None worked. This EX cream finally worked." A drowning woman clutching at a straw!

I received the product last night and applied it to the knees. I am still skeptical but I found that the knee pain had been eased when I woke up this morning. I am going to continue this treatment.

I am not happy because: I would purchase a 500g pot if it were more affordable. I am afraid this 30g pot will soon run out.

"It is expensive but it works for ankle pain/swelling!"

My ankles swelled up after I danced too much. I found the Biseki EX cream along with many positive feedbacks on the internet.I applied it to the ankles. The pain has been eased.

P.S. Some dark spots on my neck annoy me. I purchased the white snow princess cream and started to apply it. I hope the dark spots will fade.

"My wife's knee pain has been eased a little bit!"

I am happy because: I purchased this product because I found some reviews saying it helps to relieve pain and I thought it would be good for my wife's knee pain. She has just started to use this product. She also applies this cream to the body. The knee pain has been eased a little bit. She hopes she will find more effects.

I am not happy because: I wonder why tourmaline does not work quickly?
