"Swelling of my eyelids went down but the eyelids started to swell up again once I discontinued this treatment!"

I am happy because: I purchased this product to ease swelling of my eyelids. I hoped tourmaline would work. The swelling went down but the eyelids started to swell up again once I discontinued this tourmaline treatment, so I placed this order in a hurry. Yes, tourmaline does work!

I am not happy because: It does not spread well. I would be happier if it were more affordable.

"My skin absorbs this cream well! It leaves no sticky feel."

I am happy because: My skin absorbs this cream well. It leaves no sticky feel. I feel refreshed after applying it.

I am not happy because: The cap of the pot came off again. I experienced this problem when I purchased the last pot. There is a cover inside, so the cream does not come out of the pot though. I think it is not glued firmly.

"I am happy because the skin around the eyes/mouth was lifted a week after I started to use it!"

I found a face lifting effect about a week after I started to use this tourmaline cream. Slackened skin, particularly around the eyes/mouth, is lifted. I am so happy. Thank you for this great product.

"I am impressed because poor blood circulation in my hands/legs improves!"

I am happy because: Thank you for your prompt service. I ordered this product as I was happy with the Biseki sonic gel and lotion and the sample cream you offered was great. I am impressed with the tourmaline effects. I apply this cream after bathing and my hands/legs feel warm after I go to bed. I also apply it to areas I have pain. The jaw line has also been sharpened. I think the lotion works better along with this cream.

Other comments: What is an ideal amount to apply? I often apply a lot because I expect it will work better. I think I do not need to apply so much as it spreads well and leaves no sticky feel. Do I have to apply it to the face while pressing the skin surface with fingers?

"My face has been lifted!"

I purchased a 30g tourmaline Biseki EX cream and a 160g tourmaline Biseki sonic gel. My face has been lifted. I purchased tourmaline face lifting cream more than 10 years ago when there were very few online shops. I found the cream on a mail order flyer. It worked. Actually, I took some photos when we had our family trip. The photos showed that my face had been lifted more than anyone else. The Biseki EX cream also works.

"I was skeptical in the beginning but pain of my knee joints is gradually easing!"

I learnt about tourmaline effects on the internet and decided to purchase this product even though I was skeptical at first. I had suffered from pain of my knee joints and it was hard to walk for about 20 minutes due to the pain. I have just started to apply the tourmaline BISEKI Ex Cream. The pain is gradually easing. I now apply it to the whole knee everyday after bathing as I hope the pain will completely go away.

"My mother was impressed because the knee pain was eased immediately after she applied it for the 1st time!"

I am happy because: I found this product on the internet when I was searching for a way to treat my mother's knee pain. She has had the knee problem since last year. I decided to purchase it after reading several reviews saying that similar symptoms have improved after application and because I thought it would work.

She applied the cream to/around the knee and did massage along the flow of lymph. The knee pain was eased immediately after she applied it. The 1st treatment proved it works! She has been applying the cream and doing massage every day before going to bed since then. Thank you for this Biseki cream.

"My pimples are gone. Skin looking more supple!"

For this few month i had a problem about my face having pimples, i was very upset.. redness show signs of a soon to be breakout area. However when i tried this tourmaline product line, Biseki lotion! including Ex Biseki cream it's really amazed me!

After cleansing my face at night i applied small amount of Ex biseki cream to my face, massage a little bit in upward motion and slept to wake up having moisturized skin. I dont wear a lot of make-up but i did spend many summer months here in the phillippines, before going out in the sun i spray Biseki lotion on my face and it feels so cool refresh.

The zit is still on my face.. so i just continue to use biseki cream in the night and spray biseki lotion in daytime, after a few nights of use, i could tell that the skin on my face looked a little firmer, by morning the signs of the redness were gone!

I am soon to complete a week with this product and i am loving the improvement. So far no breakouts and the handful of pimples i had are almost gone, i'm more even toned, more supple looking skin. Will definitely using Biseki cream and Biseki Lotion.

The smell is light, the texture feels very silky not greasy, it absorbs quikly, and you only need to use a little so the value is very good.
