Where is the ion count measured?
A negative ion count decreases as you go further away from the generator.
This means that it is higher when it is measured
close to the generator than when measured
at a distance of 1m away.
It is important to know where the ion count is measured.
It is possible that 1,000,000 (pcs/cc) is detected at the blow off point
but almost no ion can be detected at 1m away from the generator.
Such a product does NOT work.
i.e. A product, which generates a lot of negative ions, is not always good.
Some manufacturers do not give you this important info.
We are not sure they do so intentionally or not though.
