I am happy because: Thank you for the prompt service when exchanging a 50cm long necklace for a 40cm model. I wear it almost every day. It goes with any outfit. No-one thinks I am wearing it for neck stiffness.

I am happy because: I purchased 2 pcs of the Germacy necklace for me and my husband. He found that it helped to alleviate neck pain but I did not. It was not easy to take it off when I started to wear it but it is OK now. I am happy with the design.

Details about the effects: This necklace does help alleviate my neck pain. I feel a sense of lightness around my neck and shoulder when I first started wearing it. This feeling does go away after wearing the necklace for awhile. However, when I take the necklace off, the tightness I feel in my muscles would return. So I do miss its positive effects when I'm not wearing it. My husband also uses the necklace and it works well for him, too. My daughter, who doesn't suffer from any pain, said she doesn't feel any effect from wearing it. I don't know if this works if you have pain in other parts of your body, but it works well for neck pain.

"Neck/Shoulder stiffness improved immediately. "

I started to wear it on the day I received it. Symptoms of neck/shoulder stiffness have improved since then. I have been wearing it except when I take a bath. The clasp looks thinner and cheaper than I thought. However, I am happy with this product as it works.
