I was going to purchase the necklace for my boyfriend as it looked so nice. I found the affordable matching necklaces on your website. I read the product info for 3 days, found positive reviews and called you to order the necklaces. I asked a man who answered the phone if I would be able to receive the package by my deadline. He kindly arranged the gift package/wrapping and prompt shipment. Thank you for your great customer service.

I received the package earlier than I had initially expected. My boyfriend is happy with the product, so we always wear the matching necklaces. My friends were interested in this necklace and some of them wanted it. I advised them to visit your website. I have to get used to taking it off when taking a bath but it is comfortable to wear it. It would be great is a 45cm model were available.

I am happy because: It is convenient because I can place an order on the phone. I fell in love with this stylishly designed necklace which is good for men/women at first sight. I wear it every day as I love it. The shoulders feel lighter. I get a migraine headache less than before.

I am not happy because: I dropped this necklace twice when cleaning up the office and once when sleeping! I am afraid I may lose it.

I am happy because: I had terrible stiffness on the whole back. I tried acupuncture and moxibustion but the symptoms showed up again. I found this product when I was searching for a remedy and I decided to purchase it. A drowning man clutching at a straw! The symptoms started to improve gradually after I started to wear this necklace. It also looks cute. I am free from the terrible stiffness. I will continue to wear it. I hope it will also work for neck stiffness.

"I no longer feel stiffness in my shoulders. I am happy with this price."

I found this product by chance on the internet. I decided to try this stylish necklace because I had terrible shoulder stiffness because of my job. I was skeptical when I started to wear it but it was comfortable to wear. I no longer feel the stiffness and I do not need to do massage even though I believe I still have the stiffness. I wear it 24/7 except when I take a bath. I am happy with this affordable and stylish necklace because I no longer suffer from neck/shoulder stiffness all year long.

I am happy because: This necklace contains germanium in the whole chain, while many products supplied by other companies only partially contain it. This is a great advantage. I wear it all day long even when I am in bed except when I go out.

I am not happy because: It was not easy to put on and take off the shorter model which I initially purchased.

Other comments: I initially purchased the shorter one. Thank you for the free shipping service when replacing it with the longer one. I thought I should pay for the shipping cost because it was for my own convenience. I was impressed when longer necklace arrived the next day. I am wondering if you have a brochure for other products because I am interested.

"Neck and shoulder stiffness has not eased yet but I am happy because it is cute and light weight. "

I am happy because: My body felt light in about 15 minutes when I wore it for the 1st time but the head felt heavy in about 2 hours and then I took it off. I have been wearing it since then except when I take a shower. I still have terrible back, shoulder and neck stiffness. It makes me feel sick and even causes a headache. However, I believe the symptoms will improve. I am happy with this necklace because it is cute and light weight.

I am not happy because: It was not easy to put on and take off when I started to wear it. I am now used to it though....
