"I purchased this product for hayfever during spring/autumn. I consume fewer tissues because my nose runs less than before!"

I am happy because: I have hayfever seasons twice a year in spring and autumn. I almost gave up finding a solution. I found the AirTamer and purchased it in Apr. I am now using fewer tissues. I have been using it as my personal air purifier because I do not want to take medication much.

I am not happy because: It would be great if I could easily wear and take it off.

"This year I got hayfever for the 1st time in my life. My nose stops running after I turn it on!"

It has been for a while since I purchased this product. Initially, my wife ordered it for our daughter who lives in London. Unfortunately, I got hayfever for the 1st time in my life and I started to use it.

Thank you for replacing with a new one. The one we received first got broken in a few days. The new one is working. My nose almost stops running after I turn it on.

I hear noise when this device is placed close to a radio. I guess the noise is generated by discharging. I used this device for about 2 weeks only because the symptoms almost disappeared. It is possible that the amount of pollen floating in the air decreased. I will see how it will work more quantitatively next year. Sorry for this unsystematic feedback.

"It works when the pollen count is high!"

I am happy because: It does work when the pollen count is high.

I am not happy because: It would be great if it could run on 1x UM-3 battery because it lasts longer.

"Itching and pain of eyes have almost gone. I apply eye drops much less often!"

I am happy because: The performance of the AirTamer is higher while the price is lower than other competing products. I decided to purchase this device after I read reviews on how it works for hayfever.

Symptoms of hayfever have been greatly alleviated. Itching and pain of eyes have almost gone. I scratch my eyes and apply eye drops once or twice a day only.

I now sneeze and blow my nose much less often than before. I often had itchy eyes caused by allergies. I scratched the itchy area many times and the eyes got swollen. I had to take medication because eye drops did not work. The symptoms almost disappeared after taking the medication but I did not want to take it. Medication can be too strong especially when you take it after spending a few days or so without it. I am happy because I no longer need to take it.

I am not happy because: This product is not waterproof.

"I have terrible hayfever. I no longer wake up in the middle of night due to my clogged nose!"

I am happy because: I purchased this product for hayfever. I decided to place the order because the price was more affordable than others, the battery seemed to last long, your website provided the detailed product info and I found many positive reviews.

I have terrible hayfever. Nothing worked this year. The AirTamer helps to alleviate the symptoms. I do not feel suffocated as my nose does not get clogged, so I no longer wake up in the middle of night. The nose does not run so often as before and the nasal passages are clearer.

I wear it around the neck during the day hours and place it close to my pillow at night. I wake up refreshed in the morning. I no longer continue to sneeze for about 10 minutes after I wake up. I feel good.

I always wear a mask or goggles when I walk outside because it seems that negative ions generated by the IONION are blown away by winds.

I am not happy because: As others say, it would be better if I could adjust the length of the strap. I tie up the ends like a leather thong necklace and pull it to adjust the length.

Other comments: This product is great. I made a right decision. Thank you.

"Symptoms of hayfever are alleviated!"

I am happy because: I found this product on the internet. I decided to purchase it after I read the testimonials. I have been using it for about 10 days. I think symptoms of hayfever are alleviated. I wear this device along with a mask when I go out. (I cannot go out without a mask.)

It is hard to recommend this product to others because I cannot explain how negative ions, which are generated by the device, work.

I am not happy because: The LED located on the back side of the body is not bright enough, so it is hard to tell if the device is generating negative ions.

Other comments: The body and the conductive strap do not look cool. Does it have to be this big to generate negative ions?

"My son has hayfever. He has been using it as he feels better!"

I am happy because: I decided to purchase this product from you because the price was more affordable than others, your website provided the detailed info including negative ion effects and I found when the stock would be available on the website. Actually, most of shops did not have it in stock. It seems it arrived earlier than scheduled. I placed the order as the status became "Available".

Both I and my son have hayfever. He got interested in this device when we received it. He tried it out and found he felt better, so he has been using it since then. This is why I have not tried it out yet but I believe it is working because a young boy cannot be influenced by suggestion.

I am not happy: It is hard to tell if the battery is about to run out or not because the indicator blinks at irregular intervals. It would be better and clear if it could blink at a regular interval.

Other comments: I have not tried but I am wondering if it works well where winds blow?? Hayfever symptoms change depending on the health condition and the medication you take. It is hard to tell if negative ions are working or not because you cannot actually see them.

It is possible that you absorb fewer negative ions where winds blow because some of them can be blown away. However, many users find positive effects in outdoors, so at least some ions will work.

I am happy because: I received this product earlier than scheduled. I was impressed with your prompt shipping.

This product is small and lightweight, so it is easy to carry around. The pollen count is higher this year but the symptoms are not worse. The price is affordable, so it is worth buying. The LED lets me know that it is working. The battery lasts fairly long.

I am not happy because: The product itself is great but it does not look cool. It would be better if the body and especially the strap were more colorful.

Other comments: I was glad when I found a spare battery included in the package.
