Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I thought it would work.
Detailed review: I googled "Air Purifier" and found this product. I have been using it for about a week even though I feel no wind and I cannot see ions with the naked eye.
I will continue to use it as the hayfever season will soon set in. I will also purchase an air purifier once I find a significant effect. I will continue to use it. I hope I will not get infected with the virus. Thank you!

"Ion output strong and measurable. "

Purchase reason: Very informative website. Your philosophy is to educate and thus justifies the cost of your products. This is crucial in the current market place where cheap imitations are rampant. After becoming familiar with the presented information, it be came obvious to get the higher quality that your products deliver if you can afford it.

About effects: The output from the Air Tamer was strong enough to be detected by my Ion Detector that I purchased from you. The cheap ion generators I bought from Amazon did not produce any detectable output on the Ion Detector. This unit makes a difference in my breathing and its also portable. You can take it anywhere. I hope it will function for a long time and I think you can replace the carbon filaments if it gets worn out. This allows the benefit of negative ions anywhere any time.

Other comments: Negative ions make my sleep much more restful. The question becomes at what price point do you have a device that produces enough ions to make a difference. For me my health is worth the best quality available and takes the guess work out of this question. I think Ion Trading products provide the best quality available.

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: You offered prompt service when I purchased this product for my husband who often travels on business. This time, I purchased this device for my sister who works in a crowded place. She uses it as a charm because she feels ease when she is wearing it.

"This device is great as I can wear it around the neck during work. It can stay under the uniform so that it is invisible. "

I decided to purchase this product as your website provides detailed product info. It is comfortable to wear it around the neck as it is not large or heavy. I called you as I needed further info. You offered great service on the phone. I immediately ordered it.

I changed a job. I clean up smoking rooms. I was worried if I would be able to continue to work because the rooms were filled with smoke and it smelled heavily.

This device is great as I can wear it around the neck during work. It can stay under the uniform so that it is invisible. I could not decide if I should choose the white or black one. You recommended the black color and I ordered according to the advice. I made a good decision. Thank you.

Other comments: The instruction manual is not written in Japanese. I am not sure how I use it and charge it. Please send me a Japanese version if available.

I emailed you to check the stock status and then I ordered this product. There is one thing I would like you to do. The stopper of the strap often comes off. You can design a new one.

Detailed review: I suffered from hayfever every year. I tried many products to prevent it. None worked well. Various small air purifiers are on the market. Many of them may not work or they do not work long hours as the battery runs out quickly. I decided to go ahead with this one as it meets my requirements. The negative ion generator, which I used to use, generated crackling sounds. This product generates no sound, so it does not annoy me. I am looking forward to the next hayfever season as effects are well verified.
