"I purchased it as I had pain in the back of the knees. It does not work. "

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found this product on the internet and it looked nice.

I am happy because: I had pain in the back of the knees. I had medical treatment but it did not work. I found this product on the internet and purchased it because it looked nice. Unfortunately, the symptoms do not improve.

I am not happy because: It is more economical to apply an ointment as a pain killer than spending as much as 5,000JPY to buy this 30g cream. I was so disappointed because I was looking forward to tourmaline effects. Actually, I was going to continue this treatment if it worked.

Other comments: What does the tourmaline Biseki EX cream work for? Does it help to ease pain? Please let me know.

"I ordered this product for my son as he has asthma. I am not sure if the symptoms have improved or not because he does not live with us. "

I ordered this product for my son as he has asthma. I hoped it would work. I am not sure if the symptoms have improved or not because he does not live with us. I apply the tourmaline lotion after bathing in order to rejuvenate myself. No one has said "You look younger." so far. I hope someone will say so sometime next week.

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found this product when I was searching for a remedy for sagging skin on my face.

I am happy because: I have been using this product for a year or so. Wrinkles started to annoy me when I became 35 years old. Sagging skin on my face started to annoy me when I reached 40. The sagging skin annoyed me more than the wrinkles! I always tried to hide from someone around my age who looked younger and more beautiful than me.

I found this product when I was searching for a remedy for the sagging skin as I looked much older than I actually was. Honestly, I was skeptical in the beginning but I have ordered this product 2-3 times. I have been using it for a year or so. It helps to tighten the sagging skin on the face. I will continue this treatment.

My face has been lifted since I started to use the tourmaline Biseki EX cream. I look different from what I used to. Make-up stays longer compared to when I was using another cosmetic product. This is the 1st pot. I will continue this treatment.

"Swelling of the feet and the pain eased the next day. "

I am happy because: My mother's feet swelled up about 6 months ago. I found this cream on the internet. I purchased a 30g pot to try it. She is happy because the swelling and the pain eased the next day. I applied it to my neck as I had pain and could not concentrate on work. My pain eased a little bit while her feet recovered well. I purchased 2x 80g. One of my relatives asked me to get one, so I will order another 80g pot.

I am happy because: This product may not work on you as it depends on the person/symptoms. I am a man and am nearly 80 years old. If you have knee pain, this product may help you. I am not intending to advertise it though. :-)

I had terrible pain in my right knee. I was not able to walk. I was skeptical when I purchased a 30g pot on the internet. I applied the cream to the right knee according to the instruction manual. The pain eased in about a week. I have no problem in daily life as I can walk almost freely. I purchased a 80g pot as I got back pain. The symptoms are gradually improving. I am nearly 80 years old. This product helped me to regain my life.
