"I purchased it as knee pain had got worse. A drowning woman clutching at a straw! The pain almost went away in about 2 weeks. I can walk normally. "

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: Knee pain started to appear sometime around this Apr. I thought it would soon go away as usual but the pain got worse and I had to drag my feet when I walked. I was worried everyday if would be able to continue to work as a care worker. I am more positive than others but I was so depressed because of the pain.

I found this product on the internet and immediately ordered it. A drowning woman clutching at a straw! The pain has almost gone away since I started to use it about 2 weeks ago. I can walk normally. I am so impressed and I feel brighter. I apply the cream to the whole body according to the instruction manual and fatigue of the day goes away. I enjoy working again. Thank you for this great product.

I am happy because: I have not found a face lifting effect yet because I have just started this treatment. I have been using it for knee pain. The knees feel warm as blood circulation improves. I will continue to use it.

I am happy because: My mother has problems with her knee/ankle joints. She had treatment at an orthopedic hospital and at a chiropractic clinic on a regular basis. The symptoms did not completely improve. She almost gave up because she was old. She was doing household chores even though she had difficulty in walking.

I purchased this product for her because I hoped the symptoms would ease. She was skeptical when she started to use the cream. However, she is so glad because she became able to walk smoothly about a week after she started this treatment. I will order a larger pot because she wants to continue to use this cream.

I am not happy because: I would be happier if it were more affordable.

I am happy because: I found the Biseki EX cream on the internet and ordered it. My knee cartilages feel pain when I walk. Nothing has worked. I hoped this cream would work when I applied it to the knees for the first time. The knees slightly feel warm. I will continue this treatment.

I am not happy because: I also apply it to the face. It does not perform well as facial cream.

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found many positive reviews. It looked you would offer prompt shipment.

I am happy because: I decided to purchase this product for chronic rough skin and swelling of my feet. It seems that some users find tourmaline effects as soon as they start to use it but I have not found a significant effect since I started to use it about a week ago. The symptoms have slightly improved. Swelling goes down quickly. I have tried several other products supplied by other companies. I think this one works best. I will continue this tourmaline treatment even though it is not affordable.

I am not happy because: More customers would purchase this product on a regular basis if it were more affordable.

"He still has knee pain but it has slightly eased. "

My son is in the seventh grade and he belongs to the track and field club. I purchased this product for his knee pain. He has tenderness especially when he stretches the knees after running. I apply the cream to the knees and do massage according to the instructions almost everyday after work. He still has pain but it has slightly eased. We will continue this treatment for a while even though it is expensive. We believe the symptoms will improve further.

"It spreads well and smells nice. I think tourmaline is gradually working. "

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I learnt tourmaline effects. I read reviews of the tourmaline Biseki EX cream, found that similar symptoms to mine improved and then I decided to try it.

I am happy because: A prescribed ointment is usually sticky/smelly and it does not work well. The EX cream spreads well and smells nice. I think tourmaline is gradually working.

Other comments: I hope the symptoms will improve.

I am happy because:

1. I hurt my left knee last year. I had medical treatment at several orthopedic hospitals but the symptoms did not improve. I was searching for a remedy.

2. Blood circulation improved and pain eased slightly when I applied the cream to the knee for the first time.

3. The pain temporarily goes away.

I am not happy because: The pain eases slightly after the cream is applied but the effects do not last long. It is expensive.

"I hurt my knees when I was exercising at a gym. I am impressed because I no longer have pain. "

I am happy because: I hurt my knees as I exercised too hard at a gym. I had treatment at a hospital. Neither a medical patch nor an ointment worked. I found the Biseki cream on the internet. I ordered it because I hoped it might work. I applied the cream while saying "Cure the pain!" every time after taking a bath. I am impressed because I have no pain at all. I resumed exercising little by little. I think it also worked to ease the pain. I sometimes feel slight pain when I exercise hard, so I will not overdo it.

I am not happy because: It would help me if the price were lower. I consume it a lot when I apply to the face.
