I apply this cream every morning and evening and when the muscles are stiff and then I feel better. Doing massage to soften the muscles works. It did not work in the beginning because the muscles were so stiff. I started to find an effect after relieving the muscle tension. I apply plenty of the cream, do massage gently to ease the tension and then I enjoy an immediate effect.

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I have purchased this product from you. It worked.

I am happy because: I had had pain in both knees for about 6 months. I purchased a 30g pot. I did not find a significant effect but I did not give up and then I purchased another 30g pot. I discontinued applying this expensive cream after I used half as I did not find a tourmaline effect.

Terrible pain in the buttocks and thighs as well as the knees started. I think it was caused by sciatica. I was not expecting any effect but I applied the cream to the painful areas. The pain quickly eased. I got another 30g pot and I now applies it to the knees, buttocks and the back side of the thighs every day. I feel good. I can go up and down stairs smoothly. I still cannot sit straight but I am glad because I no longer have the pain which I used to have even when I stayed still. I also do stretching exercise. It may help to improve the symptoms.

I think users apply plenty of the cream as they expect an immediate effect. Honestly, I was one of them. This expensive cream runs out quickly, you do not find an immediate tourmaline effect and you may give up this treatment. I suggest you should apply the cream so that it spreads well and continue this treatment for a while. I cannot guarantee that it will work though.

"I purchased it to get rid of bags under my eyes. The skin has more elasticity. I feel comfortable to apply this cream. "

I am happy because: I purchased this product to get rid of bags under my eyes. They annoyed me a lot. I have used about 1/2. I feel comfortable to apply this cream. I sometimes find the skin has more elasticity.

I am not happy because: I will continue this treatment as I understand it will take time to find a significant effect.

I am happy because: I was using the EX cream only. I started to use it along with the Biseki lotion as I learnt that it would produce a detoxification effect. I am amazed at detoxification and lift up effects. The face is like after having massage at a chiropractic clinic. I apply the cream to the stiffened neck as well as the face because it helps to ease the stiffness. This product is a little bit expensive but it is reasonable because it usually costs 5,000-6,000JPY to have whole body massage at a chiropractic clinic.

"My son's knee pain has gone. He runs 3000m as a track and field athlete."

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: You offered prompt service when I purchased a smaller pot. I am happy because: I purchased this product because my son had pain in the outside of the right knee when he was playing baseball. He went to a reputable clinic for sports injuries but no abnormalities were found. He had massage almost every day at a local osteopathic clinic. I applied the cream to his right knee every night before he went to bed.

The symptoms improved in 3 months but he had not recovered completely. He joined a track and field club for middle-long distance running when he entered junior high school. He still had pain in the beginning but the symptoms gradually improved. He now runs 3000m as a track and field athlete.

He applies the cream before track and field competitions or when he feels sluggish. I will order this product again as soon as he uses it up. Some reviews say it does not work but my son found effects.

I am not happy because: This product would be very expensive if it did not work. The price is a little bit expensive or reasonable as it works.

I am happy because: I got a bump on my heel. I felt an acute pain whenever I walked as it was rubbed inside the shoe. I purchased this product. A drowning woman clutching at a straw!

I tried applying it to my face as an article included in the package said it would be also good for skin care. Sagging skin annoyed me but it has been tightened and the face has been lifted up as if I were in 20's. I was so impressed! Of course, the pain cause by the bump has completely disappeared. Chronic pain on my calf has also eased. I will not tell anyone about this treatment as it's my secret!

I am not happy because: I would be happier if it were more affordable.
