"I can walk smoothly when I wake up in the morning because knee pain has eased."

I am happy because: I have been dancing with my colleagues as a hobby for 20 years. I did not have knee pain after strenuous dancing when I was young. However, I started to have knee pain after I reached 60 years old as I gained weight. I decided to purchase this cream because I thought medication could cause a side effect.

I have been applying it for about half a month. I have found an effect. I can walk smoothly when I wake up in the morning. I am so glad to find this cream.

I am not happy because: I would be happier if there were a larger bottle. Actually, it runs out quickly after applying it to some areas.

"I have been using this product to lift up the face and ease knee pain. I met a friend of mine after a long time. She said I looked different. I will continue this treatment. "

I am happy because: My son, who lives in Tokyo, found this product on the internet. He purchased it for my chronic knee pain and sent it to Kanazawa where I live. The instruction manual says it helps to lift up the face and it shows how to do massage. I have been using this product to lift up the face and ease knee pain. I met a friend of mine after a long time. She said I looked different. I will continue this treatment because I think this product works. I apply this cream before make-up and after taking a bath as it does not stick to the skin.

"Wrinkles on the forehead have almost disappeared. The face has been lifted slightly."

I am happy because: I found this product on the internet and decided to purchased it because I thought it would work. Wrinkles on the forehead have almost disappeared. The face has been lifted slightly. It may be because I have also been using a facial roller supplied by another company. I apply the Biseki cream at night and use other cosmetic products in the morning. I will start to use the Biseki cream in the morning once I use up others.

I am not happy because: I would be happier if the cream could spread better.

I am happy because: I have not found an effect yet but I may order another bottle.

I am not happy because: The actual bottle is different from the one found on your website. . I have not found an effect yet as I have not finished the 1st bottle. I do not know why tourmaline is good for skin and what the ingredients are. The actual bottle is different from the one found on your website. I have been applying it under the eyes. Please let me know a proper amount and an effective way to apply it. I am not sure if I should continue this treatment.

FYI: This will help to rejuvenate around the eyes.

1. A proper amount will be a grain of red bean or two +/-.
2. Apply the cream around the eyes.
3. Do massage along the cheekbones to the temple and up to the temporal muscles.
4. Spread the fingers a little bit and place on both sides of the head.
5. Do massage from the temporal region to soften the muscles and lift up to the forehead.

I wanted to receive this product ASAP but other shops were closed due to new year holidays. I could not wait until 6 Jan, so I called you on 30 or 31 Dec and you kindly delivered the product on 1 Jan. Thank you very much!

I have been using it for about 10 days. Swelling of the face went away. Fine wrinkles have faded. I found a facial treatment on YouTube where another cream was used and decided to follow the instructions. I applied a lot of the Biseki cream and did massage to ease swelling of the face. It worked! I have been doing this treatment for 17 days. The jaw line has been trimmed. It has also helped to reduce swelling of the eyelids and to firm slackening skin. This cream is more affordable than other products.

My father probably used this cream about 10 years ago. He used it to ease stiffness of the ankles. He was amazed because the stiffness had completely gone away. He has not used it since then. I recalled this product when I was searching for face lifting cream and then I purchased it. Thank you for this great product.

"I tired a poultice/supporter. They did not work. Knee pain went away a few days after I started to apply this cream. "

Knee pain gradually started around last summer. I started to feel acute pain early Dec. It was hard to walk. I tired a poultice/supporter. They did not work. I cried everyday.

I found this product when I was searching for a remedy on the internet. I called you and ordered it. I applied plenty of cream and did massage as you advised me. The pain went away in a few days. The knee feels well. Thank you.

I am not happy because: I went to an orthopedic clinic as I had knee pain. The doctor prescribed a poultice only and advised me that he would prescribe a pain killer or inject hyaluronic acid if the pain got worse. I visited your website, found feedback written by customers and decided to try this cream even though I was skeptical. I have been using it for about 3 weeks but the pain has not eased.

"Swelling of the right ankle caused by bursitis has gone away. It does work! "

I am happy because: My right ankle felt something wrong around summer. It started to swell. I was diagnosed with bursitis and had an injection 2 times in order to remove fluid. I was wondering if the symptoms would improve or not. I found the Biseki EX cream.

I was skeptical because it was smooth and it had no odor. I started to apply it to the knee down to the ankle everyday after bathing. About a month later, one of my family members found that the swelling had gone away. I still apply the Biseki EX cream every night. It does work!

I am not happy because: I would be happier if the price were lower.
