It is approx. 50cm (19.6inches). The total length of the ULTRA NEO is 60cm (23.6inches). We suggest you should wear it so that the both ends overlap by at least 10cm (3.9inches) or so. This is why the maximum length is approx. 50cm (19.6inches) when worn around the neck. We think it will be long enough for all.

4. Can I attach a charm/pendant?

You can attach a charm/pendant if the metal end cap of the ULTRA NEO can pass through the hole of the bail of the charm/pendant. FYI: The diameter of the ULTRA NEO end cap is approx. 3.8mm.

5. Is it OK to let a child use it?

Babies: Never let them use it and keep out of their reach. They may chew it and accidentally swallow any broken pieces.

Children aged under 12 and those who need supervision: Let them use it under supervision. They may accidentally swallow the broken pieces if the product gets broken.
