Details about the effects: My wife is the one using the biseki cream. She is using it now on its 3rd week. She says she thinks that it had firm her double chin and face a little bit. She expects for it to improve in another month. As the product might have effects after 2 months use. She is happy with the product and hoping to achieve her expectation soon. Thank you.

I feel better. I have not had a build-up of fluid in my knee since I started to apply the BISEKI Cream. I no longer need to go to hospital to remove the fluid from knee effusion.

"The face is lifted. It works better than other cream/oil products. "

There are many good cream products but very few of them help to lift up the face after doing massage. I am not sure if my face is lifted as it is hard to do massage myself. However, I find it works on my husband, son and older sister after I apply the cream to their faces and do massage. The face is lifted. It works better than other cream/oil products. I use this product for my husband.

I am happy because: I would be happier if it were affordable. I use it every day and I cannot do without it. I apply it after taking a bath every night as pain eases. Initially, I applied it to the knees only but I now apply to the shoulders because it worked when I had terrible shoulder stiffness.

"It helps to tighten sagging of the skin under the eyes. It annoyed me a lot as it looked inflated. "

I am happy because: Sagging of the skin annoyed me a lot. I could not do make-up well because of the puffy face. I knew I was getting old. I found your website when I was searching for a remedy.

This cream does not stick to the skin. I can apply it as foundation cream. I did massage in order to improve lymphatic circulation, placed a hot towel on the face and then applied this cream as the symptoms were terrible. I was curious how it would work. I started to place a hot towel before I began this treatment.

I found a tourmaline effect the next day. I did not need to draw eye lines as the eyes were fully open. I did not apply plenty in the beginning as this product was expensive but I started to apply more as I found the effect. I think it worked. The skin under the eyes looked inflated but it has been getting flatter since I started to use this product about a month ago. I am so glad. Thank you.

Other comments: Thank you for your great customer service when I called you. Actually, I felt uneasy before the phone call. I hope you will continue to offer such good service.
