Reason(s) why I purchased from you: You offer products I need and provide detailed information. I thought you would offer prompt shipment.

I am happy because: I have been using this product for knee pain. I apply it to the area where I have pain and then I start to feel pain on the lower part. I am wondering why?? The pain has not significantly eased yet. I will continue this treatment. I hope the pain will ease.

Other comments: I need an instruction manual which provide more info on how to apply the cream for knee pain.

"My skin is so smooth."

I am happy because: I wash my face and apply lotion -> milk -> the Biseki EX cream every day. I feel the skin becomes smooth as I wash the face. The other day, I dropped by a cosmetic shop in a department store. A beauty advisor asked me if I was doing any special treatment because my skin was so smooth. The Biseki cream was proven to work. I will purchase a larger pot in the near future.

"The skin is moisturized."

The skin is moisturized. I did massage below the kneecaps but the pain got worse. This is because the pain is caused by an inflammation as I often sit straight. I should have followed my doctor's advice. He advised me not to sit straight as it can hurt the knees. This cosmetic product is not bad.

I am happy because: I am a man and am nearly 80 years old. Knee pain started early this year. It was hard to walk. I found this cream on the internet and purchased a 30g pot to try out. I applied it according to the instruction manual. The knee pain started to ease in a few days. I can do most of my daily chores as I can walk.

I purchased a 80g pot and then another one as a spare. I almost forgot the pain as it had almost gone away. A month later, the pain came back, so I immediately opened the spare pot and applied it to the knee. The pain has almost gone away again. I think I will be able to live long thanks to this cream. It works on my knee pain but please remember that it depends on the person and symptoms.

"Knee joints were stiff but they now move more freely. I can walk faster."

I am happy because: I was suffering from stiff knee joints after I injured the meniscus. I found the Biseki EX cream on the internet. I apply plenty of it to the affected knees and then the knee joints move more freely. I think this may be because the blood circulation improves. The symptoms have not completely gone but I can now walk faster. I will continue this treatment for a while. Thank you for your prompt shipment.

Other comments: I would be happier if it were more affordable. I want to apply plenty. I finished 30g in a week.
